Delightful store! Really nice selection of men’s and ladies’ hats and Joesph helped me select the right one for the event I’m going to.

Been waiting for 20 min. Only 2 people working entire place. So annoyed.

Unfortunately, although the visual of the cupcakes look great, the service was horrible! I ordered a Livingsocial deal and called 2 days in advance (as the deal specified), e-mailed my order and the SUBJECT of my order was my pick-up date. I never received a confirmation or follow-up so I e-mailed the next day to check in. Still no response. I called the day of pick-up and NO ONE was at the store. I was told that they were out delivering and would call me when they returned..ONE HOUR LATER, still no one was there for me to pick up and the birthday surprise was ruined. We ended up having to eat pie at Bay Breeze. Just sad and unfortunate. If you dare to order from them, stay on TOP of them and be prepared to wait for them for hours. Just sad....
