JG Chicken & Seafood -"Mableton"

I ordered through Ubereats. My perch was good. However, the chicken was SUBPAR! The chicken quality is so skimp & thin that you wonder if you should have wasted time on eating & flossing later. It had good flavor but for real, too bony and to skimp to be called a whole chicken wing! It’s misleading. The fries are good but so greasy and the onion rings, greasy. This is not your healthiest meal. I regret buying based on chicken alone.

Fish was good and well seasoned. Didn’t really enjoy the fries. The service was really good, the lady at the counter was really nice and accommodating.

Chicken was black in the inside 😐 placed a order for 25 wings not good at all! If the tall and dark guy in the back would've cooked it would've been way better !! No idea who he is !

Not good at all waste my money

Food was terrible , I used to get catfish nuggets from here last year and they were good but yesterday I purchased 2 orders of whole chicken wing and the party wing meal the chicken was horrible tasted uncleaned and not fresh at all. High unsatisfied . They remade my order but I just left cause I was so unhappy and it was late .

Once I got home yesterday I had an issue with my food regarding the taste and quality, I called the restaurant to speak with someone about it. I was told to bring it back for correction. I said it would have to be tomorrow. So today I brought the food back with the receipt I was very impressed the way the manager handled my return. Very pleasant and friendly person. The re-Order was on point. I was satisfied and will be sure to visit again.

I haven’t stopped here in a couple of years. Therefore, I don’t know if the owner(s) have changed and/or if the quality of food changed. I probably won’t return after the food that was served. I called to place a pickup order for two 2 piece whole catfish meals that comes with fries and coleslaw, fried okra, and 10 piece shrimp. I was told 15 mins for pick up. I thought to myself “hmm…that’s pretty fast.” But, I proceeded to go anyways. I checked my items prior to leaving and everything appeared fine until I got home and opened the fish. The fish was brown, dry, not hot and did not taste like catfish. Definitely refried or old fish. The shrimp, fries, and okra were the only items worth eating. The coleslaw is bland. Truly, disappointed bc I had a taste for fish and the main entree wasn’t even edible 🚮 The lady who took the order was pleasant. There’s nothing spectacular about the establishment, a blue building with a nonworking intercom system in the drive thru.

My husband and I try to support businesses in Mableton because we are new homeowners in the area. Closer to East West connector end. We decided to try this restaurant we ordered before we got there. The line was long for the drive-through so my husband decided to go inside. He waited. As he was waiting, the woman who was working, the front counter was offering customers free drinks. She went around and asked everyone except my husband and he recognized it the behavior and based off this behavior, we will no longer be coming back at all. Also would like to point out about this restaurant is the food is heavily seasoned. This is the kind of food that causes the community health issues. It’s deep fried heavy seasoned no other options, this is not something that you can eat all the time be mindful of your health.

Dietary restrictions: If you have any issues as far as high blood pressure diabetes, I would definitely stay clear of a restaurant that does not have healthier choices

I came in today on Halloween with my toddler and the customer service was so inviting and friendly between the cook himself and the woman taking the orders at the front. The food was hot and came out quickly. The frozen lemonade was my favorite!! I added pina colada flavoring to it.
