I placed a grocery pick up. My time was 1-2pm. I received an email saying my order was ready. So I headed over to the Kroger to sit there until 1:20 before I got a call saying my order wouldn’t be ready until 4pm because of staffing issues. I understand how it is being short staffed but I should of received a call before 1pm, not 1:20pm after I’m there to pick up my order. I advised the lady I have to work so I wouldn’t be able to come back at 4pm, that’s why I placed it for

So because of the screw up and lack of communication on Kroger’s behalf I am not able to get what I need today unless I go into the store. the whole purpose of grocery pick up is to not go into the store.. y’all need to have better communication with your customers before hand.

The manager allows a couple playing a guitar in front of the store. with a sign wanting money. If you look have new shoes . Dress good. I don't like shopping where pan handlers are around. Holding signs asking for money. Apparently Manager must allow this
