These people work hard. Overall,they do a great job. It is really hard to complain about a group that is consistently getting out the meds for their customers. Yes, occasionally, the wait is longer than wanted, but when you talk to them, they are very committed and concerned about what they do. How can you complain about them, when you really look at the volume of customers they serve with a . I definitely recommend this pharmacy. Great people committed to doing the best for the customer.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever worked with. Most (not all) are rude and don't seem to understand how important medication is, it's clearly just a job and saying " I'm not sure when it will be in" When I was told it was supposed to be there is not an acceptable answer. if you don't have enough medication to give when it put in the way I see it is it's on them to order more call me when it arrives not my job to call them and tell them out of the medicine they didn't give me enough of.... If you see Christopher working the front RUN he is extremely slow in everything he does and obviously not very professional.

I placed a grocery pick up. My time was 1-2pm. I received an email saying my order was ready. So I headed over to the Kroger to sit there until 1:20 before I got a call saying my order wouldn’t be ready until 4pm because of staffing issues. I understand how it is being short staffed but I should of received a call before 1pm, not 1:20pm after I’m there to pick up my order. I advised the lady I have to work so I wouldn’t be able to come back at 4pm, that’s why I placed it for

Kroger Pharmacy hardly ever has my medication in stock. They have my prescriptions on file so they know approximately when I'll need them refilled yet can't seem to keep them in stock. I've even tried submitting the refill request a week in advance but that doesn't help. Twice when I used the app to request a refill, it will tell me they will be ready in a few days but when the time comes and I return to the app to check the status, it appears that I didn't submit the request. I don't recommend this pharmacy if you need a medication regularly and reliably.

The manager allows a couple playing a guitar in front of the store. with a sign wanting money. If you look have new shoes . Dress good. I don't like shopping where pan handlers are around. Holding signs asking for money. Apparently Manager must allow this

On 08/16/2019, I purchased "Kroger® Original Party Mix" from the Kroger in Mableton Crossing. I've been eating the trail mix all weekend with my 2 small children (5 and 2). When I got to work this morning, I went in to my sandwich bag filled with the mix and I came across a bolt in my hand. This could have been swallowed by me or my family and caused serious injury. I imagine that if the bolt was in the trail mix, that there is likely a defective machine missing a bolt(s) in the factory. I also have a hard time stomaching the pathogens that were likely on the bolt. I've had several complaints with Kroger regarding bugs being in the cheese and fine food refrigerator only to come across this incident again. I hope that this issue can be investigated thoroughly. After I spoke with a manager by the name of Mark Mason, who was very helpful, he stated that they take these issues to the manufacture of the products to investigate. I find this to be an issue with Quality Control and improper vetting of companies that service Kroger.

Why did this big company bother with trying to sell gas....stick with groceries. After seeing the complaints about always being filthy looks like the place got pressure washed and better lighting. Kudos. Now how about the gas pumps to pump properly ? Really- first pump locks up when I enter my custom code so I move to the one which asks if I want my $0.10 discount. Since I'm filling my daughters sub compact that only holds 11 gallons I answer NO figuring I'll save the discount for my minivan. The pimp doesn't care and actually gives me $0.20 off. Big Whip of nothing. Filling up only took 8 gallons. For this amount of aggravation I'll go to QwikTrip next time.
