I didn't even get to taste the food, I asked if I could use their bathroom and she said NO, I told her I was gonna eat there and she said no public restrooms. So if I'm eating and drinking there "why no bathroom "? Yeah no!!!

Went to the Fairburn road location this morning, ask for Sunriser & was told they had no eggs right now it will be “awhile” I asked how long is awhile & the employee behind the mic said “THE LONGER I TALK TO YOU THE LONGER IT WILL TAKE” I’m done that is the customer service we are offering now??? I drove off cause your not about to jack up the food I’m paying for

The manager was very rude one of the employee was trying to explain something to me and she interrupted the conversation for him to do something else she didn't say excuses me or apologize for her rudeness I really didn't appreciate that at all but overall the employees was great and the food was good like always

But $1.97 for a cheese Krystal is too high. And they charge $.59 cents for a small glass of water. The burgers are good but are so thin, they only have one side......

In the drive thru, I asked them to give me soft burgers. They did & the my burgers were perfect. Plus, the fries were also very good. I ordered #1 with no cheese.
Parking: This is a drive thru location. You can also order at a pickup window. Tables are outside for your use. Parking was not problem.
I JUST LEFT KRYSTAL IN MABLETON ON 9/23/24.THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE I ORDERED 4 DOUBLE CHEESE BURGERS AND THE BURGERS WAS TOO SALTY. I WILL NEVER EAT AT KRYSTALS AGAIN THAT'S A FACT STRAIGHT UP. Slow AF Even fully staffed, they have 9 cars in the drive-thru and are still having drivers pull around to bring the food out to your car. If I wanted car delivery I would have gone to Sonic. Talk to the manager who was Nigerian and she was just as bad as the staff. I see why this location is running like it's running. Horrible service. Go to the one on South Cobb

I wish I could do ZERO stars! If it’s fast food, how do I SIT FOR AN HOUR WAITING FOR MY FOOD??! While watching people in the drive thru just keep leaving with theirs. I went and asked what the hold up was and was told that because I got “no onions” on HALF of my order, that’s what was causing the hold up. Not to mention, there’s only 2 employees. I will NEVER visit this Krystal’s again. So much for “fast food.”
