To the person, hopefully not manager with the red protective hair style. Thank you soooooooo very much for returning my money since you guys took so long preparing two Spicy Chiks, onion rings, and apple pie. I hopped back in drive thru to confirm readiness, and was concerned about if it was cold or not at that point because I was the only one in line at the time. I was told on speaker that it was about to be brought out but it was several people in line at this point. So yes I tried to do you guys a favor by driving around the building a second time. But now getting out my car coming to the window to assist you guys. I tapped once nobody budged. But when I tapped harders of course I got the cook attention.. Again drive thru operator is still attempting to gather my order. But Here You Go, On A Power Trip Returning The Company's revenue showing more incompetence when you could have had a retention conversation. Ex. Um Mam Excuse Us For The Timing Of Our Service, I understand you are anxious for your food, or in a rush. But try not to knock on the window like that. Give Us A Sec. . That's what being a manager looks like. It's not your house homey, It's Business. But I'm so ecstatic that you gave me the opportunity to get better food, and speedier service with that same $13 bucks.

We went at 1:26am and the women on the headset kept “huh”ing me and that was extremely rude in my eyes and did not appreciate it what so ever! She got my order wrong twice and forgot my second drink and when I asked for it she “huh” me again like she couldn’t hear me and I know I was speaking loud enough for everyone to hear me. On my receipt it says the host name is Miss and I did not like her customer service she had. Either she needs to be spoke with by a manger about her customer service or not work for a place dealing with customers. She was very disrespectful!!! Something needs to be done about her!!!
