Tonight, the same date I am posting this review,I pulled up to the drive through only for the women to keep telling us to hold on and not say anything else. TWENTY minutes waiting and waiting and for her to keep telling us to hold on.Like how rude is that? Not only did we end up driving off but how does she work there? Like foreal, fast food or not.Some people are just naturally shady because they don’t loves themselves. Just sad

Your establishment states 24 hours via website however its 12:30 pm and you have a representative that steps out the back door to see me waiting in drive thru then runs back in just to come back to say we closed. Ghetto and very unprofessional.

THE STORE WAS RE DONE. The service was quick and courteous, food hot.
I ordered online and selected to pick up in the Drive-thru. The person at the Drive-thru told me I had to pick up my order at the window. I'm physically disabled, so this was difficult for me. When I was at the front window, the employee told me I had to go to the other window, when he could have literally taken 2 steps and grabbed my order for me. When I checked my order I received 1 wadded up napkin, and 1pk of ketchup for an order of 4 Krystals and a medium tot.

I will be contacting corporate or management. Terrible service. I came to pick up an order for doordash and everyone ignored me and kept staring but never said anything. The nice man that was on his break helped me. Come to find out order was already done. They just completely ignored me

While the speed of service was a bit slow the guy at the drive through was just plain rude. The food was expensive considering what it was and the hamburgers tasted a bit undercooked, the only saving grace was the fries. Over all disappointing in the location.
