The second time coming to this location after placing an order via their app, only to find out the location is closed with not one Team Member in sight. NO STARS ?. The parking lot is full of customers wondering what is going on. Just wow.We’ve driven past this location and it’s been closed for about a month, the sign has been taken down. Not sure if it’s a permanent closure or closed for remodeling. This is for anyone interested in visiting this location, as it seems like their online profile hasn’t been updated. 2/24/2024

I placed an online order and once I arrived I was told the wait was going to be 20 minutes max.Which ended up turning into half an hour for 2 pizzas worth $20 dollars. Just to find out they gave one of my pizzas to the wrong customer and once she came to return it. They realized it was my pizza then the gentleman proceeded to ask me if I wanted the same pizza the lady came to return !?! As if that’s not a Food violation while working in a Food industry.This is the second time I have an issue with ordering and receiving my order at this establishment. Do not recommend.

Half the time they don't even try to make it right. Almost every time I order anything with seasoning on it they just don't add it, and it's part of the item to begin with. If your out of the seasoning, don't offer it. I'm incredibly annoyed since the only reason I still eat this terrible pizza is for the cheese sticks, because the seasoning is great. Except every time I order it, they don't even put it on there. It's just a cheese pizza without sauce. Its insulting.

Ordered on line. Got there and was told my order was given to someone else. I had to wait for 30 minutes while they remade my order. Was told since I paid already on line they wouldn't charge me again.
Bad experience, people working inside and close the door at 5:30pm and didnt want to attent the public, they even look at us and ignore us, if u dont like what u are doing dont do

Ordered inside with minimal traffic. Ordered 1 classic pepp., extra most best thin crust pepp., and crazy bread. Took approx. 35 mins. to get. People who ordered after us got their pizza before us. Anyways, not sure what the problem was that day but I think I will find another location. The pizza was good.
