First off I paid damn near $40 for a xl plain cheese pizza no toppings at all. And a 10 piece plain chicken wings that I got delivered BURNT. I tipped the delivery driver cash and I don’t even live but 3 minutes straight shot from Publix… atleast serve me edible food at minimum. Lord forbid I don’t tip tho or come up there and ask for my money back then I’d be “petty and problematic”. $13 back for some burnt plain chicken wings… whoever packaged definitely noticed like damn yall that sorry to recook a new batch smh. They were plain so I mean it’s no way you could mess them up I thought. Guess I thought wrong. Waste of money. Shoulda stuck to my papa John’s. They also have a corporate number I could call in case of bs like this unlike Marcos. What’s makes you think if the store dont even care about what they serving customers.. that they would care to resolve situations like this. That should all be left up to corporate. Ridiculous.

The food never disappoints, but the customer service is ALWAYS superb! Tonight was no different—Solo, the manager, went above and beyond to assist me over the phone with a double charge on my card. He was patient, professional, and extremely helpful, making sure my concern was addressed quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and will continue to be a loyal customer.

On A Positive Note Keyboard Entertainment

My neighborhood pizza store. About a mile away, so it's convenient to pick up orders. The pizza is usually ready in under 15 minutes, unless they are hosting a big event. In those cases, you could be waiting for the cows to come home! As for atmosphere, most people don't eat in; they take the food and go. They have flat screens on, and while fairly clean, the atmosphere wouldn't impress your date.

Gross. Greasy. Bad communication.

Received a “delivered” notice with no pizza.
Called the store about the confusion and was put on hold for a while.

Turns out the pizza had not been delivered. It came while I was still on hold.
The delivery driver was confused.
I waited on hold to let them know it had arrived but ended up hanging up after waiting so long.

Pizza came and it was literally dripping grease! Absolutely unappetizing.

I love pizza, and Marco has great food. Subs are great, I ordered a Triple pepperoni Magnifico pizza. It is delicious and a great deal.

I order there’s special of sausage & peppers & I got mostly onions & peppers as you can see! It took about 30-45mins of a debate for them to remake this pretty order. The manager had to put me in a group chat with the owner over a BS pizza . & at the end of it all I still didn’t get a replacement pizza for what I paid for !

If i could give zero stars, i certainly would. I ordered a pepperoni pizza from Marco’s via UberEats and instead I received a cheese pizza. Although the receipt taped to my box clearly says pepperoni. I contacted Ubereats who of course wouldn’t give me the money back, then I drove to the store. When I arrived, I noticed other disgruntled customers and had an idea of how this interaction would go. When the manager asked me what I needed, I told him and then he said to contact Ubereats. I explained that I’d already done that but they advised I’d need to contact the merchant because after all, they’re the ones who made the error. Do you know this unprofessional manager had the nerve to tell me that he couldn’t do anything about it and that the Uber delivery driver should have checked my food. Are you serious? When has an Uber driver ever been allowed to open someone’s food and look at it?! I left without a pizza and ultimately out of $30. There was no accountability for the error YOUR staff made. I mean not one time did the manager apologize for my inconvenience nor did he exercise an ounce of empathy. Clearly your staff doesn’t get management training as it’s evident you’re just hiring anybody. I'll definitely be filing the highest level complaint possible because this is very much unacceptable. I went to the Marcos on Floyd Road and received REMARKABLE service and a perfect pizza- without them even knowing about my experience at another store. NEVER, and I do mean NEVER will I visit or order anything from this store again!
