I am completely disgusted with the customer service that I have received at this location! Over a span of three months I was turned away for service twice, an hour in advance of closing time (posted business hours). The last time occurred on August 6,2021. I had a pizza date night scheduled. Called in to order pizza at 9:58pm and was told, "we're not accepting anymore delivery orders for the night". So I said what time do you cut off orders. I ordered an XL cheese new york style pizza last night at 8:45pm. I paid cash plus about $5 tip. The pizza that was brought to me was the wrong one. I stopped the driver before he left and informed him that he brought the wrong one. He kept the money and said he would go back and tell them to remake it. No more than 15 minutes as I live right next to the store.

Improve customer service skills, honor your coupons or remove them, get additional staff or a new manager or driver so the manager can do their job and not the employees.
