When ordering my pizza for carryout I could barely hear the person taking the order they were not speaking in a normal voice and when I asked them to repeat themselves about was this the right location they just softly said yeah! I think more training needs to be done on the phone as far as proper customer service and manners the person was not rude, but immediately put doubts in my mind about ordering here but I went ahead and did that. He said it would be 15 minutes I got there a few minutes before walked in pizza was ready to go I thought well this is very unusual cuz I was just a little bit early but I was okay with it, when we got home and opened our pizza it was very dry looked over cooked I didn't ask to see it before I walked out, should have! Very disappointed with the pizza was like cardboard!!!¡Marco's used to be the best pizza around this is not the first time that I have been disappointed since they moved to the new location new.

Great food and service..I was late getting there almost 12:30 and they close at 12. I called and the employee said he would wait on me to get there. Then when I arrived he had a good attitude about it. Great customer service skills

This location is horrible. They will not make your pizza correctly. They will leave off items on delivery order. Then when I called to speak with somebody, they were disrespectful and dismissive. I went to the store and was promised a refund and never received it.

This place is a rip off. They charged me three more dollars for a small pizza when a medium pizza was actually $3 less. I will never frequent this place and would not recommend

Probably a waste of $21 and that’s saying a lot because i spend money on gacha games! the service was good but the wings were burnt or maybe old and weren’t at all hot. The pizza wasn’t bad but the bread was hard like cardboard and lowkey hurt my teeth. I haven’t eaten my cinnamon sticks yet but i wouldn’t be surprised if it tasted like burnt cornbread 💔💔💔
