They are more concerned with their drive thru timers than they are with customer service or actually making the food correctly. No one gets food at the window. Everyone has to pull forward to stop that timer from rolling.

Service here can sometimes be really nasty, is always a problem when you order a quarter pounder the wait time can be crazy up to 10 minutes and you must have to go inside and remind them about your cold food because fries will be cold and ice in your drink will be now water. I used to like this restaurant because it was fast but now not sure what happend but the wait time on surtain items and the forgetting thing is crazy.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. After waiting approximately 15–20 minutes for an order, I encountered unnecessary hostility and unprofessional behavior from a staff member upon entering the restaurant. As I walked in, she began yelling instructions without directing them to anyone specifically. There were several customers entering at the same time, so it was genuinely unclear who she was addressing.

I later attempted to calmly explain this to the manager (who identified herself as Yungtee, or a similar name), letting her know there was no disrespect intended—I simply did not know she was speaking to me. Instead of listening or de-escalating the situation, she dismissed my explanation and stated that she “didn’t care,” insisting that she had already said what was going on.

As I was leaving, she made an inappropriate and unnecessary remark, stating, “It be your own people,” loudly in front of other customers of different backgrounds. That comment was deeply unprofessional, offensive, and completely out of place in a customer-service environment. It felt divisive, disrespectful, and inappropriate—especially coming from someone in a leadership role.

This interaction was confrontational, discourteous, and avoidable. Experiences like this are the reason I have decided to stop delivering for Uber at McDonald’s locations altogether. Management seriously needs to address staff conduct, communication, and professionalism. Customers and delivery partners deserve to be treated with basic respect.

This is greatest McDonald's ever. Corporate should use it as the prototype. The food is always hot and fresh when I pick up through the drive through. And it looks good enough to use in commercials. The staff are always pleasant and smiling.

They almost never have your food ready or order right. The only time you don't have to wait 20 mins for a burger, is if you are the only one in ghe drive through. And even then, its a 70/30 you're going to have to wait in a parking spot.

What can I say. I miss commemorative glassware and Ronald and the gang! And food was nearly cooked to order. Now, its a price gouging conglomerate with hit or miss quality. But there is one every 5 miles coast to coast, it seems. You could buy 5lbs of potatoes for the cost of 1 small order of French fries. Eat them fast. They will be cold and useless in 45 seconds!
