I went into the drive thru this morning 5/10/25 and 8:15 am. I ordered a streak egg and cheese bagel, oatmeal and two eggs with 6 hash brown for my grand kids and daughter. I had to go in because the didn’t give any silverware, and no napkins. We left and had to return because the steak didn’t even cover a third of that bagel, we cut the bagel to make it fit the steak.. NOPE!!! I was in a hurry but turned around the get my money back. The sandwich is almost 7 dollars and that inexcusable for a company to just not care anymore. The workers were using there phone while working, this isn’t the first time that I’ve had a problem with this unit before and can’t see myself spending my hard earned money here again!!!

I go there a lot thru the drive thru and all the employees are friendly and service is great. Never have any problems.

Morning staff does not get simple orders correct and then they’re rude about it. Save your time, money, and energy, and go somewhere else. I know all about HBO but this location needs to make sure they are being accurate and not just fast. Issues are more frequent than should be.

My kid loves this place!! The playground is the cleanest of whole area!! And my Dbl Qtr Ch meal was hot and tasty!!

You know what. I just left the drive thru 10 minutes ago. It’s now 10:33am and they said they had NO MORE BREAKFAST FOOD! I should’ve known because of the reviews and the franchise that this is what I should expect. I live in Mableton and I love this area, but this place is trash 🗑️. I think only in the peak of afternoon has great customer service, but from the morning to night that whole crew needs to be reevaluated, but you get what you pay for. Chick fil A would NEVER…I should’ve just went there instead. Good luck
