The drive through is disappointing. Any time I order they make mistakes. Or the employee doea not hear very well or is not well trained. There is always a mistake in the order, and they just rush you that you don't have time to verify anything. Plus the actitude of a lady with reddish hair there....she just closed the window and didn't accept our claim for missing items. You can do better.

Everything was fine, and I thought it a good location. The only problem is that the employee who delivered the food to my table didn't provide any napkins. While I'm above holding such petty things against the staff, my determination to correct the issue had me standing at the counter for more than five minutes, making eye contact with several employees and being deliberately ignored. As there were no napkins in the lobby and no paper towels in the restrooms, I had to find my own solution.
While I sympathize with the desire to reject the responsibilities of the front-facing staff in favor of the back-house, it's become a systemic problem with McDonald's that I'm rarely able to contact any staff member for assistance and never quickly. This is particularly galling as it's always to correct simple errors.
Edit: returned today and had a much better experience service-wise. Someone was attentively minding the front counter today and responding to people in short time. Much better than the other day

I CONTACTED SUPPORT, NO APOLOGY, NO REFUND FOR MISSING ITEM. I visit this location occasionally, but each time I’m reminded why I should avoid it. More often than not, my order is incorrect, and the staff consistently lack basic customer service and professional communication skills.
During my most recent visit, I placed an order for seven of the same item, with two of them customized. Normally, customized items are labeled with stickers, but this time they weren’t. When I asked an innocent question to identify which items were customized, the cashier turned to the order packer for clarification. Instead of helping, the order packer (with the curly blonde weave) became hostile and visibly irritated simply because I asked. The cashier was unprepared to handle the situation and had to involve the manager. Unfortunately, the manager only halfway resolved the issue.
If you don’t mind inaccurate orders and poor service, this location might work for you. But if you expect professionalism and the confidence that your order will be correct, I suggest skipping this McDonald’s.

I went to this McDonalds on my lunch break… I ordered thru the app a Double cheeseburger meal with a large French Fries… My large fries looked like a small fry.. Why pay extra for a large fry and I get a small fry?!?!?… This is outta order!! #throwthewholemealaway

The only time I visit this location is when I’m at work on break and this McDonald’s gave me a little hope when it comes to McDonald’s! Fries always fresh, food fresh and hot, sauce in the bag and always included napkins move with a since of urgency and I love that’s thanks to the crew who work lunch hours.
