Let me start off by saying the food is actually good. Not what it once was but it’s still decent enough. This place gets 3 starts because it’s straight up DEAD inside, no music playing, super quiet inside. They have broken down game machines in the front, years back this place was always packed, food was good, now a days it’s sad to see what this place has become .

We ate at Paco's last night for an early dinner, and I must say I was underwhelmed! I ordered the Paco's Nachos with chicken, and my husband ordered the same with beef. The serving size was appropriate; however, there was MAYBE 1/8 cup of chicken on one side of my plate. There was plenty of lettuce, refried beans, sour cream, and a very small slice of tomato. My husband had the same issue with his dinner. There was a small portion of ground beef (about two tablespoons) piled on the side of his lettuce, beans, and sour cream. This is not the Paco's we have supported for the past several years.
In addition, there was nobody who could speak English fluently enough to understand what we were asking for. We were the only people in the dining area at 5:30. By the time we left, there were only two more tables occupied.
Either bring back what your customers expect from you, or you will lose business from more than the two us. Prices have gone up, and quality of food has gone down.

very poor customer service I call at least twice a week to place a picked order. and the owner himself hung up on me 3 times as if he couldn't hear me and the last time he said " wtf do you want " before hanging up again on me. I walked over since I work two doors down to speak with them to see what was the problem I just wanted to place an order. and told him what happened he lied and said it wasn't him took no ownership. so I'll never spend another dollar there ever again and won't be refer anybody else there either. unfortunate but I'm big on customer service !

My husband and I took our visitors to Paco's last night for dinner, and I was totally UNDERwhelmed. I ordered Paco's Nachos with chicken, and my husband and one of our guests ordered Paco's Nachos with beef. What has happened to one of our favorite restaurants????? On my chicken nachos, there was less than 1/8 cup of chicken, which was placed on the side of a dish filled with lettuce, refried beans, and sour cream. My husband and one of our guests got about 2 Tablespoons of ground beef on the side of their lettuce, etc. We have eaten at this restaurant for years, but it has continued to go downhill. I was actually ashamed that we took visitors there. We were the only table occupied at 5:30 pm, so that should have told us something. Another two customers came in before we left, but that was it. The service was not the best. I guess one problem was that there was nobody on the staff who spoke English fluently enough to understand what we were asking for! I am very disappointed that we cannot depend on what use to be our go-to Mexican restaurant in the area. The prices continue to go up, and the quality of our food continues to go down. If things are not improved and brought up to what is expected, Paco's will be losing more customers than just us. With nobody there except us, the ambiance was negligible.

Food has always been okay to good, but the last three times we have visited, there was no one up front to seat us. Waited ten minutes and left on all three occasions. Also, before that the service was awful and waited 20 minutes before someone came by to give us a check. Will not be going back as they are low on employees and do not care.

Also my super star bartender Christian makes thē best fresh fruit margaritas! DO NOT order this margarita if you have a weak tolerance! Neighborhood Mexican restaurant, really enjoyed our food. We are classically trained musicians and didn't care for the music, but loved the food. We will be back. Husband ate steak nachos and I had steak bowl. Huge portions.
