Papa Johns Pizza

Onions were cut too thickly and Pizza was covered in them.
Jalapeño Peppers were added to half of the pizza, and there were far too many.
Asked for a well done, (crispy), crust and it was not. Crispy around the outside only, but rather “doughy” towards the center.

This is one more time that, against my better judgment, I have attempted to like this restaurant’s food. But it is certainly the last.

Terrible Welcome Back!

I have not visited a Papa John’s in years and this reminded me why I stopped giving them my business. The location is less than 5 minutes from my house and it took 45 minutes to be delivered. When it arrived this is what I got. I called the store to speak with the manager and no one answered the phone. I will not be supporting Papa John’s in the future. I can see why they changed their slogan from “Better ingredients Better pizza” - Not

I will not order from this location ever again. The woman in the burnt orange colored vehicle had a bad attitude towards me!!!! For no reason and calling me names. She asked for a tip but I tipped her online. What's the issue?

This store is absolute trash and should be completely shut down in my opinion, I order food and could not get it as the locked the doors and one had the drive thru open and had a car blocking the window for over 10 mins while the made the food and the rest of us that are food was already made had to sit on a line with no way to get our food that was ready and sitting on a rack getting cold for 10 mins because they did not have enough common sense to have the customer at the window move up. So I called immediately the manager not apologizing or trying to help me get my food that was getting cold for 10 mins stared give excuses of why it's okay and being rude and hung up on me when I asked when the owner would be in. So I waited in line to record he name and face to send to corporate and store management, she the his behind as wall and was yelling and refused to give her name and show her face then when she final did she had on no uniform, we aged a bit I left when I got home about 20 mins later and employee from the store to my information from Papa John's data base and called me and threatened my life and nobody in the store even on different shifts know how to contact a manager or owner and I have reached out to Papa John's corporate 3 times with no response back so the are completely fine with having employees that steel customers information and make threats to their lives be carful going to this location.

Ordered the other day, got a pizza and Oreo bites. They didn't put the sauce in the Oreo bites and I didn't notice until I got home.

Honestly, I have been having trouble with this location for a while. Problems range from missing items to only a few toppings, but this time it was 2 hours to get a pizza. You have just lost a customer.

Terrible service. The girl who attended me was so busy doing other things that she did not have the delicacy to take care of me when I told her twice how I wanted my pizza. When I asked her if the order was correct, she had the easiest answer to tell me, that she had already done it and that I had to pay again, knowing that I told her how I wanted my pizza. A terrible attitude from the lady.

I don’t know why you guys don’t tell people how long it’s gone take their food and have them park. Ain’t no way I was sitting in the drive thru for 30min. I would have went in but I’m sick. I know this ain’t Mc Donald’s etc but dang.

I must say this is by far the d best pizza and garlic and BBQ wings that I've gotten in a long time.. keep up the good 👍 work..we were over safitife thanks alot.
