Terrible Service – Do Not Order Here!!
This has to be the worst pizza experience I've ever had. I placed an order, and when I checked the delivery status, it claimed my pizza had been delivered. But guess what? It wasn’t at my door. I called the store to report the issue, and they told me they would send a replacement. Fine, I thought – at least they’re fixing it.

When the second pizza finally arrived, it was cold, and not only that, but it was missing the dipping sauces I had paid extra for. Are you kidding me? I tried to get in touch with the store again, but no one could provide any help.

So, I decided to drive to the store in person, hoping to resolve things. What did I get? More excuses. They literally said they couldn’t help me and offered no solution. I paid for extra sauces, got cold pizza, and they couldn't care less.

This store has horrible customer service, delivers cold food, and doesn’t follow through with orders. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs. I'll never order from here again and neither should you!

This review is a mixed bag! Customer service for the win but pizza made per order, not so much. Ordered a large epic stuffed crust,
The Works add bacon. Brought home a large with garlic crust, no stuffed and no bacon. I should have checked the pizza since I picked it up, so that's on me. Pizza was still good so I'll forgive it for being wrong.

This review is about Brandon only. He is kind , he is caring and Brandon is an ultimate professional and my favorite Manager at Papa John Pizza. I have lived in 5 US States and I can truly say that Brandon is the best !

They needed my order up delivery guy didn’t fulfill full order store manager promised a credit and then when I called in they act as if they didn’t know what I was talking about general manager was very very unprofessional

the gay guy that works here found my debit card, instead of putting it up he put it on the counter for someone to pick up. now someone has my whole doordash pay. I will not be able to make it to my real job this week because that was all my money! hope dude aint a manager. plus dude has a don't even care attitude about it, he's like o well I put it on the counter thought u heard me. I think it might be because my American flag hat. he definitely only had that attitude towards me, and no one else.

Enjoy this spot they work diligently to make sure the food is fresh and hot. Customer service is excellent. An issue happened with our order and they quickly resolved it and apologized for the inconvenience nowadays that level of customer service is unheard of. That's why I continue to come back to the thus location again and again! Thanks everyone!!

I ordered delivery this afternoon, and the food came so fast that I didn't even have my shoes on yet. The gentleman who took my order was courteous, helpful, and the pepperoni bites he suggested to go with my pizza made it more of a meal.
The staff at the Papa John's store in Mableton, Georgia do customer service like it should be done. Thank all of you?

Store #0402 On This Day 5-9-2024 @ 6:11 pm the manager on duty says his name JOHN he was very very very very rude rejecting me from the store to return the unsealed pizza that was delivered by (James M very nice driver I tipped him via cash app )witch his claims are that he told his drivers not to seal pizzas and that I need to take my business elsewhere I’m glad the call was recorded ? I also so called corporate …& also made another call to be sure what other options I had to receive my refund & the manager complete name there was an Indian male I spoke with @6:42 that call needs to be addressed as well

The call center in India taking this papa johns orders has the worst customer service JUST as the management does! I called to explain to them what prices I had been given after asking for their specials over the phone. As I was charged a high amount that was NOT originally given to me before for just two items that were mistakenly placed instead of three different items. The management instead of voiding out and cancelling the order STILL charges me and delivers the order EVEN after I called and specifically asked to void out the order. Here is a screenshot of all the calls I had to make to correct my order and to cancel and void the order due to the HUGE inconvenience with the unprofessional customer service on both parts. Employee taking order and the person supposedly cancelling the order. Calling the manager to make sure I speak to corporate or the owner of the establishment to find out what is going on with the management of the crew running last nights shift. DONT ORDER HERE YOULL GET OVER CHARGED!!!
