Ordered through the app. Estimated pickup time was 30 minutes, I gave it an additional 10. Got there as the app stated it had been ready only to have to wait for my order an additional 10 minutes. No reason given, until I asked. Found out you only made 1 of the 2 pizzas and that was why it took so long. Plus the other pizza that was ready on time was now cold. Definitely need to work on training and customer service.

I ordered pizza and wings and the order was otw literally 10 min from when I placed it which I knew was already a bad sign. I ordered 2 pizzas and 10 piece barbecue boneless wings. The wings had no barbecue sauce on it whatsoever and it was cold. The pizza wasn’t good either. Instead of being in a rush with my food, atleast make sure it’s done.

Worst papa John ever they keep hiring kids without good manners. and not good customer service especially on nights. When half of the crew gets high on weed and then they careless, not even to wash their hands after smoking. The pizza ? is always poor very poor quality.. not chessy at all. Custom service bad. I recommend to the owner to hire Mature people with kids and pay better so you will see the big difference buddy. Good luck ?. They keep changing managers they can't keep no one. But still hiring school kids. Good luck.

Are y’all okay over here?? Papajohns is a guilty pleasure but the last three times I’ve ordered it’s been awful.The first time they didn’t put sauce on the pizza. Just cheese and toppings.The second time they didn’t put toppings. Just sauce and cheese.The third time it was marked delivered and never was. I waited 3 hours total and when the replacement arrived, it was missing the two sauce cups I paid extra for.Then tonight. Half my pizza was missing cheese AND sauce.I literally order a medium pizza with two toppings everytime, nothing weird, nothing extra and they have never once gotten it right.
