Ordered online and when to pick it up, the older woman Connie working there was absolutely horrible and should not even be dealing with customers at all, as soon as I walked in she walked in to the back, I was in there for at least 3 is 4 mins before she came back now there was me and a customer that came after me so she starts taking care of me asks my name then asked the. Neat person their name and takes care of them then had to come back and ask my name again then she seen my food was ready charged me gave me a receipt then when she went to get my food she then started taking care of other customers who just came in, the disappeared to the back again, my food was sitting in that warmer the whole time. (that dose not even seem to work as pizza was cold and stale looking already) My ready clock still had 12 mins when I walked in and it ran out a while before I finally got my food with I had to ask the guy making the pizzas to get it for me, then Connie could seem to care less and when I said I was going to complain and put reviews she smiles and says please do. So I will.

I’ve given this Pizza Hut multiple chances, but the last several orders have been incorrect. The order details are typed out clearly, so there’s no reason they should repeatedly be overlooked. It’s frustrating because it comes across as a lack of basic reading comprehension and attention to detail. I’m always told “we’re training new people,” but that excuse is used every single time, and the mistakes never stop. I hope upper management steps in because this is a recurring issue and it needs to be fixed.

My mom & I went in for the specials on Tuesday! Got our order quickly & hot! Customer service 10 out 10! It was freezing cold & sprinkling, and Clarissa came out and brought our food to the car!!! Thank you for the exceptional customer service!
I would love to highlight the customer Service at Mableton Pizza Hut . In the last 3 months I have witnessed change in the atmosphere and all around appearance of the store . Wait times are shorter and my pizzas pastas and wings are always fresh and hand given with a smile ! Great Job NAUDIA on changing the perception I had before !

PLACE IS SO DISGUSTING, everyone working there is so rude and unprofessional, they should’ve told me the order wasn’t ready after waiting 45 mins before I paid, and they can’t give refunds either only store credits like???? Why would I want to come back? Not only that place got ROACHES
