When I checked my online banking account I noticed that was overcharge so I asked my husband if he had given tips he said nooo ... So someone added it's own tips. $$$ That's not nice ? Please pay attention to the tickets .

I definitely have been having a rough day and I decided to drown my worries in a pizza and used the app to order the 5-Topping Large pizza for $12 deal and when I came to get my pizza it just showed cheese ??… The lady at the front asked what it was suppose to be and with the quickness yelled out my pizza order and made me the correct one with no hassle. I just knew it was about to be something they couldn’t fix on their end because I ordered it on the app. This is definitely a great ending to my day and that good customer service exists!! THANK YOU!!!

Manager and staff make pizza’s with no gloves on. Manager said Pizza Hut allows this. They wash their hands all the time. Only one young male was wearing gloves.. ? the other two were sprinkling cheese and toppings with no gloves on..

While there were a few minor issues like missing sauces and warm drinks, the food came fast and tasted like pizza hut. It's rare to come across a business that takes accountability for their mistakes and makes it right. The person I spoke to went above and beyond. I will absolutely order from this pizza hut again when I visit the area.

Horrible customer service . Cashiers not trained I spent 10-15 minutes TRYING to order a personal pan . I guess they didn’t teach her the register . Managers walking around careless and unhelpful

This Pizza Hut has the absolute worst customer service. The wings we purchased were hard as a rock and not edible. When we called the store the worker who made the order basically told us too bad. $15.00 for 6 burnt dry wings. Really?? Never again with this location. We better stick with Marco's where they treat their customers better!

Waiting on the delivery guy for 40 mi to an 1 hr. After the estimate time. I check on the tracker app and the car is show on a restaurant as it shows on the picture for 20 minutes or more ! 03/08/24 Pizza were delayed on My son bday!!
