They were really friendly and professional. We decided to go there instead of the location on 608 Thornton Rd. They're food never fresh and when I ask for fresh wings they continually say that it is when it's obviously not fresh... Like we don't know the difference.

Lady take my order, acted like I was bothering her. My order was a 2 piece leg and tight meal, got a breast and wing without any explanation. Won't go back.

Waited in drive through line for 6 mins with no service, drove past the window and the workers seemed to be hiding and would not acknowledge anyone.

They’re killing it! Great team at this location. Anthony (I believe that’s his name) truly shows what a good lead should be like. They work with eagerness and are quick to get the food out! I’ve never seen anything like it—outstanding!

NaTasha Collins was the name I was given for General Manager for the Popeyes on Mabelton Pkwy in Mabelton GA
The manager on duty was a very short very heavy set female with glasses.
Her name tag said Tasha.
She was RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL, AND JUST OUT RIGHT CRASS.
It took All my Good Sense to not give Ms Tasha what she was giving me.
I ordered a #3 which is the classic chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese , ff and a strawberry fanta.
When I got the sandwich and fries it was not 141 degrees (iykyk). So of course I took it back inside to maybe get hot food, once inside Ms Tasha made a phone call on her personal phone call as soon as I approached the counter, and started saying into the phone that she couldn't hear the person then proceeded to Open My bag without speaking a single word to me. Then suddenly she says what's wrong with you this holding My bag.
I simply told her the food was not hot to which she took the sandwich out touched it like she was taking someone's fever.
I'm sure in the Serve Safe management class they don't teach the fever method. I did get a refund however, My Goal was to get a chicken sandwich and fries that were at least 141 degrees With All that being said. DO BETTER.
Nicole answered the phone when I called to ask for the GM although the voice that answered the phone the the same voice that told me that My food was hot when she took it's temperatures with her hand. If you want your chicken to be prepared by a team who's management using the fever method then this is your place
Otherwise Go Somewhere Else becauses Tasha is going to tell you Your food is hot enough according to the Fever Method.

Went 7/10 to cash in on the free chicken wrap deal that was in the news. The person at the register said he knew nothing about it and he needed to talk to the manager that had just left. So I thought he would reach out to her but he made no attempt. While I'm standing there in line and waiting for him to handle the situation, he looked around me and helped the next person, then the next, then the next. I left!!
