Front end cashier does not look as though he wanted to be at work. I see the two getting food not worming a hair net at all! Only one cashier when lunch rush comes in. One of the employees came from the drive-thru to the dining area to retrieve his phone. There are several devices on a table in the dining area. The only good thing was that the food was cooked hot and fresh!

Uber eats should NOT have to wait in the slow drive thru line, it’s ridiculous. The manager Terriba (not sure how to spell it) is extremely rude, I will not be visiting this location ever again!

This location should close and start over. The food was horrible. I purchased the $6.99 big box. The spicy chicken tasted old and nasty. The fries were cold and nasty. The biscuit was white and nasty. The red beans and rice was cold and nasty. ? I threw the food away after one bite.

Ordered at window because no one came to speaker and no sign was up saying it was broke. Order was taken but staff told drive thru person for me to come in and she had no sides ready anyway. Store open up late and she had attitude. This is really getting out of hand. Store owners don’t care just as long as they make money. Allowing this rudeness and unprofessional mismanagement .
Service was terrible after waiting 20 min in the drive-thru to get to the window to hear they dont have what I ordered. Then the order received was still incorrect, and to see the employees laughing and making comments, "they don't care" unbelievable!

Went by at 830 to get dinner and the doors were locked. Says they are open til 11 online. Go through the drive through and the woman basically tells me they don't have half the menu and is extremely rude as I keep making selections and she keeps telling me they don't have it. Will not return to this location ever.

I think this Popeyes needs more training esp for the employees I came as it stated online that they were open upon arriving no one came to the speaker box and20 all I sat for ovwent around to the windowb and was told and I quote we ain’t open we didn’t have to open until 10am today now I’m looking at the time and it’s 10:50 I used to work for Popeyes and one thing I do know is that if we open at 10 that means we should arrive prior to ten to start prepping and getting set up for our customers to arrive that doesn’t mean come in at ten to start preparing then when I asked well what time will they open I was told 11:30 maybe who knows like huh and the amount of business they lost is insane customers been in the drive through since
