Italian Beef sandwich is a close as I can get thay taste like Chicago!! Really good.

The food was nothing I couldn't have made at home, only I would have done better. I ordered the Polish sausage. It was served on a shribbled up (flattened) bun w/ 2 little stale peppers & about 4 strips of steamed ( not grilled) onion pieces. If it wasn't for the burned strip on one side of the sausage, I'd swear it was half cooked (on the inside);
all for the bargain basement price of $5.37.
I was so disappointed. I was expecting something special, since it is something that they advertise. This looked nothing like the picture that they advertised.
The atmosphere was a little dingy. The front entry glass door was filthy with smudged fingerprints. Anybody can clean the door. It takes less than 3 minutes to clean it with windex & paper towels. Maybe the cashier could have been washing the dirty glass door, instead of staring at his phone, while I waited on my food. You know what they say: dirty door, dirty store. I digress.
I won't be back.

The flavor is good, but the wings were small and fried harder than I prefer. Small wings, very little meat. The onion rings are made from onion pieces, not actual onions. They taste good tho

First time coming seen the driving and wanted wings. So me and my family decided try it out regardless of the reviews. So we got wings we’re plan hard. The Italian beef waste nasty extremely wet. Meat was dry fries nasty on all plates the only thing that was good was the hamburger that my baby ate and she is a picky eater. The drinks were great. Trust me when I say 50 dollars worth of food was not worth it all. So I am not please with the food at all. Won’t be back

Good food. Used to be great!! They blew up and the food quality has gone down. Not terrible but not as amazing as it used to be. I still order here and there. Great people. Great customer service.

Food was good, not great necessarily. Which is a good thing because I would have been disappointed to pay extremely high prices for food that was basic. I recommend people give it a try… although, I’m not in favor of paying so much for wings! I know of several wings places that are “good” with better prices.

I originally gave this place 5 stars 3yrs ago but ??‍♀️.... man what happened? It's really embarrassing honestly. How do you raise your prices but lowered the food quality tremendously like WOW. Basically $19 for a 12pc wing combo not online that price is in person ? $7.25 for a super soggy "family fries). Trash I will not be doing this again.

Employee taking orders is lacy and sooooooooo unfriendly! No 0 customer service! I don’t even have my food yet I ordered but I know I will never come here again! I can get 15 wings 10 before boneless wings with fries for the same price I got 12 wings and a polish sausage! Thanks never again
