This has got to be the worst Subway I have ever experienced. They don't even speak when you walk in. She rushed to make my sandwich so fast I couldn't even get everything I wanted on it out because I felt rushed. The man completely ignored me, I understand he was making online orders but a simple Hello , Welcome In , she will be right with you would have sufficed. Lord I pray for people like this, because you should not be in this field with horrible customer service. Normally I tip at places like this as well but not here.

Love the curbside pickup option, they are always on time. They could give a bit more when “extra” sauce/topping is selected, but it’s a much better location than on Floyd road.

My wife and I walked in to get her a sandwich. The girl took at least a minute and a half to turn around to face us and even then still couldnt be bothered to greet us. it was as if we werent even there until i said "hello how are you". maybe if she wasnt all in her phone, she could have greeted somebody

I can’t believe they charge money for this sandwich. It’s suppose to be a Philly cheesesteak. I asked for the monster sandwich she looked confused and said oh you want the cheesesteak. The customer service wasn’t there at all. The person working almost had a blank stare and barely spoke. Definitely won’t be returning because I feel ripped off. Still hungry and won’t return

Went and ordered 2 footlong chicken bacon sandwiches, asked for them to be toasted... so the Gilby just microwaved them said the toaster was broken... they did not even have ranch. Went to pay had a coupon I had just got out of my mailbox and the guy accused me of already using it. He proceeded to give me a slight discount... still came to 16.00 meat was soft and had no flavor. I will never eat at this subway again.
