Im currently waiting on a to go order that i placed over an hour ago. The sad part is that I've watch 5 families coming after me, sit down, order, eat and then leave. For some reason that doesn't sit right with me. Feels like I should have dined in, ordered the meal and asked for to go boxes and what not. Come on now....An hour plus for a to go order is unacceptable......Edit...I just received my food. I had to go in. No text or anything. As a customer, to served with terrible customer service and no apology, this will be my last time ever coming to this location. If your employees are going to give service with an attitude, maybe they should reconsider their ob occupation. After all, they did apply and were hired. If you can't give good customer service, get out of the industry. Ive already reached out to corporate as I was standing in the place.
So delicious every time I come home to Vegas this is a must the 1st stop

I gave one star because 0 isnt an option
Just stopped in to dine-in. One person was checking out, one guy was sitting at a table checking his food. There was a younger guy looked to be training that greeted us when we walked in. ALL THE TABLES WERE DIRTY WITH FOOD AND DISHES, AND THE ENTIRE COUNTER. There was NO urgency to clean anything, no we will be with you shortly, they were looking at us like we did something wrong. This was crazy, although it appeared they were just busy say something. The attitudes of these employees was AWFUL, this is a reflection of Leadership in every way. Not my issue, I got into my car and drove 3 mins up the street to another location in Mableton TOTALLY different environment.

They did not put all my food in the bag. When I got home I had to drive back to get my food. Horrible service. She was taking to me as if I was at fault. And I tip her $4.00

I received attention immediately when I walked in. Cherish was very attentive and graciously assisted Israel. Although it was Isreals first day, his pleasant demeanor was refreshing and he did a GREAT JOB. Larry the manager took time off the grill, even though they were super busy. to allow me to share my fantastic experience.

Dined in this morning and the experience was awful. The server was not welcoming and showed no hospitality! We ordered two All star breakfast and we did not receive all food at once. One breakfast was missing toast and I waited atleast 30 mins for sausage. WOW! Mentioned this to my server and got no results. Somehow I received my bill before my sausage arrived! One young lady on the team was very accommodating. Although she had her own tables she attempted to assist us by informing our server of our needs. Mind you the server is avoiding us at this point.
The manager walked in and I requested his presence. Explained my grievances which was mainly that my food was cold and I had received my sausage 30 mins after the rest of my meal. Mentioned the servers horrible disposition and I honestly think it went in one ear and out the other! I explained that my food was cold because of the timing of the meal. I was not able to enjoy a complete breakfast!
Instead of addressing my concerns he moved quickly to give me a 10% discount and a voucher for a free waffle and hash brown. When in actuality the simple fix was to prepare another breakfast that would come out at the same time! The fix is not always price related, or about free waffles. I came in for breakfast and left hungry.
