Customer service is everything to me , why do these companies have the rudest person at the front counter? A huge sumo looking man that does not smile or greet you took my order I said thank you twice he never responded very bad attitude if you don't like your job quit and find something else to do that brings you joy

I love a good Wendy’s salad. I stopped by this location on my way home from work, this is my favorite location the service is fast and friendly. Ordering the Apple Pecan salad was a breeze the young lady at the window was clear and pleasant. The employee that handed me my salad was kind and patient. Got home and took my salad out and you can tell it was made well. All the ingredients were nice and neat. It comes with one Pomegranate Vinaigrette and one pack of the Pecans. It was perfect.

i went there this morning and had a very poor customer service experience. i work in the customer service industry myself and would never treat a customer the way i was treated today. i hadn’t eaten in over 24 hours, so i decided to stop by wendy’s for breakfast. we pulled up to the speaker and were greeted, and i placed a very simple order: a honey butter biscuit and small potato wedges. the employee then told me the honey butter biscuit was not included in the 2 for $3 deal, which was completely fine because i never asked for the deal… i simply wanted the biscuit and wedges regardless of the price. i laughed out of confusion, which i tend to do and the employee responded by asking me “what’s funny,” which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.trying to make the situation easier, i said i could just get a sausage biscuit without the sausage along with the wedges since those were on the 2 for $3 menu. at that point, she caught an attitude and told us to pull around. due to how rude the interaction already was, i started questioning if i even wanted the food anymore. my uncle tried to take over the order for me, and she had the same attitude with him. we eventually decided to cancel the order altogether. when my uncle pulled up to the window to let her know, the employee rolled her eyes and shut the window. the rudeness was completely unprovoked and very unprofessional. it was a red haired woman, and i genuinely hope she has a better day, but this experience was not okay.

By far the best service I've gotten at a Wendy's! Everyone was nice and I didn't get his name, but the guy with the locs that was working this afternoon helped me with my stuff as I was leaving. 20 stars lol

They’re always really nice at the window no matter who you get and their food always pretty fresh. I go to other Wendy’s is not as fresh for some reason.

Just left there standing in line only person in the store could not get waited on people that will work at register supposedly just stare at nobody asking or do anything I do not suggest anybody go back to this Wendy's

To the girl working the drive thru tonight that was rude when I told her my order was wrong and because I didn't want to make a big deal I just said whatever but looking at my receipt I did order 2 vanilla frostys and 1 chocolate. So thank you for being so rude when you were wrong.

I use the drive-thru, I wanted two spicy chicken sandwiches plain which I would garnish at home. The drive-thru staff follow my order instructions exactly.

Horrible service! Every time I go here I have to argue with someone about my drink. I clearly state MINUTE MADE. More than once because I always have this issue. Need better employees!!!!!

Rude and unnecessarily slow. I came in because the doors were unlocked just for them to tell me i have to wait in the drive thru for a pick up order that should’ve already been done. There was one car in the drive through and they still took a long time. I finally pull up and the order still wasn’t ready. Waited over 20min total

MANAGEMENT… I am the parent of a potential candidate for employment. My child did an application for this location and received an appointment for an interview immediately after completing the application. It gave him several days and times to select and by him being 16 still in school he selected a time that was still reasonable and within operating hours before 5:00pm his time was 4:00pm. I took the time to make sure he would be on time to his Interview and had him there 30 mins early. He arrived at location at 3:30pm and told the staff he was there for an interview and instead of the staff telling him that the manager was not there immediately they made him wait for the whole 30mins up till his appointment time at 4:00pm and stated that the hiring manager was not there was gone for the day and then told him that they already have enough teenagers on staff that constantly Calls Out for their assigned shifts. Why would you say that to a potential candidate about the issues you are already having with other staff like they just singled him out as for him being or gone be like the other teenagers. My child is very responsible and ready to work and that has nothing to do with him he is and was their early and on time and ready to work by attending an interview. This is the second location of a Wendy’s that has done him like this. This was very unacceptable for Staff and Management to treat and speak to a potential candidate in that manner.
