2 separate occasions I have been to this location and have received terrible service with a side of rudeness. I didn't order anything crazy. No substitutions. They have been out of tea and frostys. Apparently this location thinks they are McDonald's. After pulling around and waiting on my order, which is fine, my fries were cold.
I just won't come back is all. Plenty of other food options around the area. I'll wait for the "now hiring manager" on the marque before I'm a customer again.

This is the worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I don’t usually write reviews that often but this experience angered me so much that I could not help it. Long story short, I came after work and both Google and their sign on the door says they’re closed at 12am, however I go through the drive though and there’s nobody there. I circle around the building only to find about 5 employees in the dining room just sitting on their phones. They look up and I signal to the drive thru to let them know that I am about to pull around and they don’t acknowledge me and look back down at their phones. And this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location either. Just see it as a huge inconvenience.

Poor service from young workers who don’t take pride in their jobs. Arrived at the drive thru at 10:54 pm and was told “Sorry we closed at 11” (mind you, they are supposed to close at midnight according to Google). How did you “close” at a time that hasn’t even occurred yet? While inquiring about why I was not able to be served, the young workers gave seemingly made up excuses while joking with each other in the back of the restaurant and eating pizza. Competent management needs to be at this location during all shifts.

Charged me double for my order, would not offer refund, then after everything only brought out half of the order and offered an “apology card” to suffice for the second half they forced me to pay for. Horrible experience I will for sure never come here again

Wendy’s has historically set a low bar in terms of food standard and service. There is always an exemption to a rule, and you have found it. This Wendy’s is run by a very efficient crew that will get you your food in 0.1 seconds while maintaining professionalism. They’ll smile if you smile. The food is as good as it can get. Highly recommended! Tip them too!

I ordered a bacon egg NO cheese croissant. Yes they added the cheese. I usually check my order prior to leaving the drive through because it has been incorrect before. This has happen on more that one occasion.
