Came to Wendy’s before close time I just wanted a drink something easy and quick. Still had 15 mins before close time and guy said they are close and dismiss me and another car looking for service. Where do they do that at? If you don’t work don’t clock in.

This is the 2nd time in a row that I paid $7 for a glorified McChicken. I even tried another location. I can't even be mad at the employees if they're not getting paid enough to care. Unless Wendy's reaches out to make it right, this will be our last time there for the time being. 3 stars because the other orders were right but I've always got the asiago ranch club and it's gone way downhill.
Edit - changed to 4 stars because they at least used the right chicken patty. Austell rd location kept acting like they never heard of the sandwich. Essentially just missing lettuce this time.

Night crew will cut off the lights and not answer the speaker early. They closed 1 1/2 hrs early tonight. I work my full hours what makes burger flippers exempt from doing the same!

Not sure what’s happened to the fries. They were hot but tasted stale and reheated. Surprised as they were good when this location first opened. On the plus side, bad fries will keep my diet on track. They’re the only thing I eat at Wendy’s.

2 separate occasions I have been to this location and have received terrible service with a side of rudeness. I didn't order anything crazy. No substitutions. They have been out of tea and frostys. Apparently this location thinks they are McDonald's. After pulling around and waiting on my order, which is fine, my fries were cold. I just won't come back is all. Plenty of other food options around the area. I'll wait for the "now hiring manager" on the marque before I'm a customer again.

This is the worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I don’t usually write reviews that often but this experience angered me so much that I could not help it. Long story short, I came after work and both Google and their sign on the door says they’re closed at 12am, however I go through the drive though and there’s nobody there. I circle around the building only to find about 5 employees in the dining room just sitting on their phones. They look up and I signal to the drive thru to let them know that I am about to pull around and they don’t acknowledge me and look back down at their phones. And this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location either. Just see it as a huge inconvenience.
