The service sucks the young people they have in there.Don't have any customer service.They need a whole new style.That's why it's always empty.
Let’s start with the 3 times it’s took for us saying did you hear us and then repeating ourselves 3 times to get to the first window where an older woman was there nice attitude. It was the second window where the young adult with the mermaid hair and bad attitude who acted if see was gonna have a fit if she had to answer a simple question about which drink was which. To get home to find hard bread hard enough to use as a hockey puck. Terrible service terrible food I know I didn’t spend a lot of money but in this economy I won’t be wasting it here again.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Went in ordered 5 biggie bag meals. Then they had us pull up because the food wasn't ready. There was no one else in line mind you. She brings out the food in 3 bags, 1 with fries, 1 with the burgers, and 1 with the nuggets. Everyone in the car isn't going to the same place, so I ask the girl, could you please bring me 2 extra bags so we could separate our food, because bagging it this way is stupid, I don't care if you were told to bag it this way. She rolled her eyes and acted like she went to ask then turned around and said her manager wouldn't let her give me 2 extra bags. So me and the driver went inside to ask the manager. We stood there trying to separate the food, the sandwiches weren't marked so we didn't know who's sandwich belongs to whom so we had to open each sandwich. The fries weren't fresh. The food got cold by the time the manager came to the front to see what was going on. He looked high, and his staff acted slow, like they didn't understand what we were asking them. I stood there and did there job. If there wasn't 5 hungry people in the car waiting to eat I would have asked for a refund and called their corporate office. Still might.They were fully staffed with a bunch of teen little girls with attitudes , I guess the manager has a type. Terrible service. Terrible experience. Never returning

Crazy wait for breakfast no one was even in line! I waited by the double doors and still never got one of my sandwiches.

I really like Wendy’s, but this is not a good location to go to. The past couple of times the food has taken a long time but I have always been patient because I know what it’s like to work in the food industry . Today was the last straw however. I waited 10-15 min for the food and when I got the food there was an item missing. I let the gentleman know that my item was missing and he went back inside the Wendy’s. 10 minutes later and it’s still not ready. I drove around and saw him talking to someone else. I didn’t even bother anymore and just drove off. I understand if things are not ready but that should be communicated to the customer.

Thos location is awful. They always missing something in the bag. Have attitudes. Least liked wendys. I perfer ro go to a different city to get wendys. But had to stop here because of work. Lord why i keep coming to this location hoping they finally got it together

SLOWEST SERVICE! Idk what kind of people work here but from the 10 times I’ve been here it takes them 15-20 minutes just to give me 2 burgers and some fries.
I do NOT recommend this Wendys location.

My food order came out fine and taste good. But my gripe is in the kiosk. It doesn't give you an option of pay at the counter for cash payments. B'cuz apparently, if you use the same order on the counter, it's a little more than the kiosk for the same items. 😪

Restaurantji Recommends
Just went here. Ordered a 4 piece nugget and cheeseburger meal. Opened the bag and there was no cheeseburger and they gave us ranch instead of the sauce we wanted. Had me and this guy in front waiting for forever with no other customers only to not give us what we ordered. Can’t even have a mix up with just two customers in the front so they definitely did that on purpose out of laziness.

They close the inside at night for no reason there never any lettuce. employees listen to music while working not paying any attention plus drive-through long when they close the door

This store is never opened up on time beyond that majority of the time you can never use your rewards points Due to Wi-Fi being down

This is one of the worst Wendy's food is always cold even when they make you pull up pass the window when there's no line they need a different crew
