This was the worst Zaxby’s salad I have ever had!
They saturated it with the buffalo sauce which just over powered the salad so much I couldn’t even enjoy it. The fries which are normally seasoned and hot was Luke warm and tasted like they were old!

Picked up a wings and thing and the tenders where overly fried and smaller than the wings

I ordered two cookies along with a chicken finger plate. The food was good except when I tried to eat the cookies i had purchase. The cookies were severely burnt on both sides and you couldn't tell which side was which. Both cookies were extremely hard to the point where it was crumbling upon consumption and you could crumble said cookie in your hand. For this establishment to serve food of this quality lets me how lazy they are and how their employees need to be retrained because to think that is okay is insane. It does not take a rocket scientist to know that they are severely over cooked and instead of throwing away said items they choose to have customers pay for it. I should also note that they were so overly cooked that i could not even eat them. The issue itself isn't the cookie but the care for the quality of food you put out. Why serve someone something you wouldn't eat just to say its been bought.

If they had a 0 rating I would rate the food/service 0. As I approached the drive-thru window at 3:58. She ask if the order was a pick-up and hands me the tightly sealed drinks, no straws. Next, she tells me to park ahead...Now I'm annoyed!!!

I placed an online togo order at 3:40, for order to be ready at 4:00. I called the restaurant at 3:55 to inform them I was in route. Mind you, I stay 5 minutes away from the location on Thorton/Maxham but decided to go with their store because they had a higher rating.

When I arrived at the restaurant, the food wasn't ready, red flag should've ask for a refund then. Here is the part that's frustrating, I informed the young lady that answered the phone prior to my arrival to make sure the order was correct, food packed fresh and cooked to order. She stated, "Your order will be ready once you get here". I ordered 1 Signature Sandwhich Meal with a large fry, an extra Signature sandwich, 2 Zax Meals, large fry, one with bread, one without and the shrimp combo, extra seasoning on all the fries. All with strawberry signerature lemonades and one large sprite. I ask for all Zax Sauce/Ranch & ketchup only.

After the food came out at about 4:15, the chicken in sandwiches were overcooked, no meat, only burnt crust, no extra seasoning on the fries, no large fries as requested, all fries were small portion. The drinks were sealed with no straws until after they bought out the food 15 minutes later. After I requested Zax, Ranch & ketchup only, they still bought Zaxtail sauce which isn't the best tasting sauce and season salt in a cup, which I specifically ask for extra seasoning on the fries! But this is what really frustrated me too, poor customer service after I just spent $51 on trash!!!

Called the store again to express my concerns, clearly the manager picks up the phone, asking me my name in a rush asking do I have the right store??? Like huh, I'm outside, after I explained the experience, he tells me that he wasn't able to micromanage the employees, because he was with contractors...hmmm what kinda of employees do you have working there because my order wasn't correct, chicken was over cooked, fries weren't seasoned, incorrect portion sized and instead of you finding a solution, you are the manager, being the problem.

He goes on and tells me to bring the food in and he can, "Try to get more fries & 2 chicken patties that aren't overcooked", or give a refund. I explained that I wasn't dressed appropriately, then he starts telling me about regulations. There were literally no cars behind me or in line. He insisted on me bringing the food back in after I told him I wasn't dressed, he's like I can make it over. That would've been fine, but I wasn't dressed appropriately but you could tell he didn't have care in the world and probably get unsatisfied customers at the time. But one thing I promised him is that I will write a review about this horrible experience.

The manager never apologized for my inconvenience, spent a wasted $51!!! That says alot about this restaurant because professionalism starts with the manager. NO EMPATHY, don't eat at this location, you'll be disappointed, check your food if you order online and make them fix over or refund if incorrect. If I was dressed appropriately I would've waited!!! 3 hungry kids, what a shame and will still didn't eat the trash!!! Now I'll calling the corporate office. HORRIBLE MANAGER, where do you get this people from Zaxby's, you guys need to train highly qualified mangers, not TRASH!!!

Our orders are usually correct and no major issues, but this location does a couple of things that make absolutely no sense and make the customer experience worse.

1) Employee outside taking orders in the drive-through even when it's not a normal meal time and there are zero cars in the drive-through.

2) Asking drive-through guests to park in the curbside pickup to wait for their food when (again) there are zero other cars in the drive-through.

3) Inexplicable 10-minute waits as if the food is being made to order when it's clearly not.

Sometimes they're fine. The employee with short blond curly hair in particular has no customer service skills and no sense of time.

Placed a mobile order; was shorted part of the order. Immediately called and was told to come back in with receipt at my convenience and a whole new meal would be given. Came in 3 days later with receipt and they tried to just give what was missing. Which would have done if they had not told me something contrary to that. They told me they couldn’t give a replacement meal because the manager didn’t give me a name and didn’t message anyone else. The cashier then proceeded to tell me that they always give a name. I asked why she would accuse me of lying. She walked off. Poor service. Lost repeat business. Bad bad business practice
