I had a really disappointing encounter at this Zaxby’s. The person who took my order was extremely rude. She kept talking over me while I was trying to place my order, repeating “anything else, anything else” instead of actually listening to what I was saying. When I pointed it out, her response was that she would just repeat the order back once I was done — but that misses the point. A customer should feel acknowledged and heard in the moment, not brushed off.

This kind of service made the experience frustrating and unwelcoming. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with more respect.

When I drove up there was a line out to the road and in the road for the drive-thru, it was late right before closing they usually have someone out taking orders when they're really busy but no one there, later on someone came out. I ordered the fried chicken salad, when I got to my destination there were no utensils!! And they forgot the main part of the salad THE CHICKEN!!!!! I WOULD HAVE CALLED BUT THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED, IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD!!

Order wings and things lemon pepper they didn’t put lemon pepper on my tenders so I requested on both at time of order they forgot put on tenders and had nerves to say I would have pay extra just add lemon pepper to tenders. They must be crazy so they charge extra for lemon pepper now a seasoning I spend over 16 bucks mind you they were rude I will never come by

I don’t know why I came back here. It was just on the way I thought maybe since they remodeled it they’ve gotten better their customer service. These people do not care about your food. Y’all go to another location.

Didn’t had cucumber on the salad and wasn’t told when placing or
But I was blamed for not ordering extra tomatoes when the salad was no tomato or no bacon

I’ve been going to Zaxbys for years purchasing their salads. But the last few times I’ve been I have been very disappointed with their salads, looks like they are putting small amounts of chicken on their salads. You get more lettuce than anything. The new quesadillas were not even warm. Will not be going back to this zaxbys.
