Just went through the drive thru and ordered a salad. I got a delicious looking salad with no fork, no dressing and I paid for an additional dressing but got none, to top things off they had 6 people standing at the drive thru window. Truly disappointing ?.
My husband brought home the club chicken sandwich. The food looked old and when I bit into it, It was so hard like a rock. Threw it away but should've went back for refund. Terrible!

9 times out of 10, they will mess up your order in the drive-thru. It really is a gamble. If you are happy with getting anything as long as it is food, then you likely won't mind. If you expect to actually receive what you paid for, then DO NOT GO THERE!

this restaurant has been my go to for several years. NO more!at $13.00 a salad to have nearly half the lettuce look like it was reused and COVERED UP with fresh lettuce is extremely disappointing. This was intentionally done. This is now the 3rd time in less than 4 weeks this has happened. My co-wker found the same with her salad. So very disappointed!!!!!!

The cooks always sauce up my wings! Food is almost always fresh, hot and tasty. Customer service could sometimes use a little help, but 4/5 would recommend this location.

Did a mobile order for five tenders and a basket of toast with two sauces. Got about a half mile away and checked the order and realized I had my five tenders, but instead of toast, I had an order of fries and neither of my sauces. I had to turn around and go back in the rain and going to the store to get the correct order. Not the biggest deal in the world. Just super annoying. It was a very simple order, I’m not sure how it could’ve been screwed up. On top of the fact that when I came back and I had to open up all of the food to “approve” that I had received the wrong items. The cashier was apologetic, but it’s still annoying to have to turn around and drive back to a place just to get what you ordered in the first place.
I finally tried the chicken Philly and it's delicious, I love Zaxbys anyway but I was really surprised. Great sandwich Great seasoning and filling and I will definitely have another one soon, I ate it and forgot to take any pictures of the sandwich.

This Zaxby's has been great every time I've been there. The chicken is juicy and the salads don't skimp on ingredients, plenty of chicken and fresh veggies. The service is kind and respectful and they don't give me those rude stares like they wonder why I'm even there, like the looks I get from some other fast food joints. I recently discovered they only make about $10/hour and I think that the company should be ashamed. When you realize a greeter at Walmart makes more than the person laying hands on your sandwich you're about to consume and they still are making it with pride and taking their time to get it right, then they are going to get a thank you out of me. I plan to start bringing some cash to tip drive through staff when the attitude and food is right, because that is becoming ridiculously rare. Also, their inspection is posted and it's an A. Chick-fil-A and Zaxby's are the only two fast food places I trust with my chicken salads and I get 3 a week, that should tell you everything you need to know.
