I placed an order online for curbside pickup and arrived 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. After waiting over 10 minutes with no updates, I had to call to inform them I was there. The person who answered the phone didn’t say anything and simply hung up. When my order was finally brought out, I received a half-hearted apology before the employee walked away.
Alot of fancier restaurants could learn from HH, respectful, clean, great service, even the cook on Monday nite, forgot your name, so sorry, I had long day , she made sure order was correct before preparing, very relaxed atmosphere. We spent 100 bucks at Woodbridge Inn for Thanksgiving and didnt enjoy anything except the turkey, veggies were all cold and pecan pie from freezer and a lot of complaining among employees, should gone to HH.
