Asking a 60-something old person purchasing alcohol for ID is ridiculous. I've shopped at this IGA since it opened and was carded for the first time 2 weeks ago. Now it's a regular occurrence. I was told that a cashier sold alcohol to a minor and was arrested. Still, whatever happened to common sense? Carding people in their 60s? Funny thing happened last time I was carded. 22 or 23 year old male buying beer before me - she only asked him for his birth date. However, she wanted to see my ID.
Store is OK. Prices are high.

Love this place! I'm here weekly, and after picking up my groceries I always get a sub. They carry boar's head products in the deli, which are also used for their subs. Absolutely delicious! You have your choice of Italian sub, ham and cheese, turkey and swiss, London broil, veggie sub with hummus, and chicken tender sub. They also serve different daily options from chicken fried steak, chicken wings, fried chicken, and a mix of different veggies. Breakfast is also served as well. In the deli is a great sushi selection. There is a TV with all the options available as well as a menu you can order from for individuals or for large parties. Wide selection of different beers and wines, as well as any cheese you could want. Dried cured meats are always a great option with your cheeses. Employees are very helpful and kind. A must stop shop!

would give them 5 stars I'd they made cornbread salad. Truly the best chicken salads and store brand meats. price comparable to other stores as well

Love the selection of sides! We had the deviled eggs potato salad the first day. On the second day we picked up cooked vegetables, mustard potato salad and macaroni salad. You can tell most if not all is made in the store. There is a bbq smoker outside. We picked up so of the smoked pork. Next time we try the ribs and what looked like smoked pork chops.
