Today was our first visit. My husband ordered the small stew pork, beans and rice, and macaroni and cheese. I ordered the BBQ with pasta and our child ordered the jerk chicken with pasta. We all shared a spicy beef paddy. The portions were very large and the food was excellent. The pork and chicken were tender and the macaroni and cheese and pasta were some of the best I'd eaten. Highly recommend.

We tried the stewed pork, fry chicken, and the jerk chicken; all were excellent. There is enough food in each dinner for 2-3 meals. The Mac and cheese is among the best I've had. Spicy beef patty was also top notch. Definitely adding this restaurant to the rotation.

This family-friendly haven is a must! If you are looking for some exquisite cuisine, there is no need to look any further than 876 Island Cuisine! We have been waiting for this restaurant to open its doors for almost a year now. It's finally open! There are several meal options available for dine-in or carry-out. My favorite - of course - is the jerk chicken with plantains and peas & rice. We also picked up an order of curry goat with cabbage and plantains. Dee-ee-licious! You will only need one meal for the entire day; the portions are egregious! I suggest getting several plates for the week!The location is easy to miss unless you are familiar with where the Firehouse Subs used to be located on Columbia Rd in Martinez. They occupy the end unit and the building is lust a couple of stores down from the Walgreens on the corner.This restaurant will not disappoint. Keith (the owner) and his wife are personable and super friendly...and busy! They are a WIN for the community!Parking: There is double-sided parking for about 10 cars. The restaurant is co-located with other shops.

Me and my wife ordered oxtails, rice, and cabbage with a side of Mac & cheese. A very nice portion we split everything and have left overs. Food was delicious well seasoned. Glad we have a Jamaican restaurant with delicious food nearby. Service was awesome place very clean.

I pick up Doordash orders here and I've been meaning to come try for myself! Well today I did the large oxtail with rice and peas with cabbage. All I can say is the food is literally the BOMB! SEASON is to perfection and everything was fresh! The customer service is also 10/10 . I'm definitely coming back with my family for dinner and the pool table is a plus so I'll be eating in!! Serious thumbs up f or this place⁰

I love everything except the fried chicken and the barbecue fried chicken. Do not get these two dishes. You’ve been warned. It is not satisfying or tasty at all. Way too over breaded. Stick to the usual.
