Ordered in drive thru. Asked for mustard and strawberry jelly for my two biscuits, neither was in the bag. Had to get out of my car and go inside the store and ask again.

I arrived nearly an hour before closing and was greeted over the speaker with, “It’s Bo Time! How can I make your day amazing?” I placed a simple order for one biscuit, only to have a manager suddenly jump on and say they were closed for maintenance.
This is incredibly poor business handling and reflects a serious lack of work ethic. If the store was truly closed, the initial greeting, the lights being on, and taking my order made no sense. It’s disappointing to see this kind of disregard for customers.
Yet another local restaurant in Augusta I can no longer support.

I ordered breakfast 🥞🍳 , and wanted some chicken 🍗 tenders , because I was also craving some , so they made me a 4 piece , with no trouble at all , with honey 🍯 mustard too ! I got my original order , within minutes : a chicken 🍗 biscuit 🍪 with cheddar 🧀 and bacon 🥓 , a Bo- Round , and a large drink . Because chicken 🍗 tenders , are cooked to order , those took about 10 minutes or so , but it was worth the wait , because the wait , because they were hot 🔥 I , tender , moist , fresh : just the way they're supposed to be ! I'm a veteran fry cook , so I know how chicken 🍗 tenders , are supposed to look and taste : golden brown , moist and tender 👍 !

Standing at the front, waiting for a second doordash pick up order that I didn't get until after I had left with the first one, the employees looked at me and ignored me a couple times, then the manager on duty asked another employee what was I waiting on? Like you were standing right there and knew I hadn't been helped yet, you could've asked me what was I waiting on? The other employee just looked at me too until my boyfriend spoke up and told her what we were waiting for . Team works makes the dream work guys . You all work there . The manager could have easily acknowledged me since she was there .

Only draw back this visit, they were out of the steak for their amazing steak egg and cheese biscuit. Broke my heart. The sausage egg and cheese was great though. The borounds were awesome! Staff was nice.

Need to change your online hours of operation clowns. Says you close at 10pm but I drive over at 7 and yall are closed.
Staff not very friendly I asked for #14 I asked for fried chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy. They gave fries and no green beans
I also asked for a child’s meal. The girl dropped the sauce on the floor, picked it up and put it in the box with the food 🤮

Although the service was awesome and very kind. Unfortunately the food was not. Ordered a large family meal and due to the waiting patrons (and since the staff was so nice, I would have never thought that the food would be so bad), I did not check the chicken until I drove all the way home. And to my surprise it appeared very over cooked, dry and hard. Every last piece. Waisted almost $40. It will be awhile before trying Bojangles again.
