Pulled up at the drive thru at 10PM , closes at 11PM greeted by AI on the drive thru. No reply from a human, minutes pass someone appears in window. They don't get on to take order. Turn off the drive thru menu lights. We pull up and they just stare at us and give a signal that they are closed. It's 10:18 at this time. Waited for 15 mins in a drive thru and people didn't wanna work

This Bojangles is a life saver! Placed a large pickup order in advance with S. Belair and they lost the order, refusing to fill it while we were in line - but this Washington Road location handled it same day quickly and kindly. Highly recommend!

There was a miscommunication about a very large breakfast order and the people working were so understanding. They worked extremely hard to get a huge order baked and bagged up. And they were super friendly during the whole process. I cannot express how impressed I was with this location!!

Ham Biscuit in waynesboro GA was the worst BoJangles food I have ever had and I usually love their food. The biscuit was dry crumbled and was hard to bite. The ham was like plastic. Must have been made 4 hours earlier and left under a heat lamp.

Store #1107 is the Bojangles I frequent and they frequently disappoint. Aside from the slow service and missing items, the store is in need of repairs. The signage is damaged and some doesn’t light up at night. The bathrooms are disgustingly nasty. I am always having to wait for chicken because they don’t have ready to fill orders: minimum of 15 minutes and sometimes even 30. This store needs serious attention.
The bo berry biscuits at this location are disgusting! They are always burnt or cold. The staff are rude and the guy at the window never gives you change back.

Metal shavings in my biscuit was the last straw. Total trash establishment. Nasty facilities. Rude staff. I’ve been meaning to leave a review on this Bojangles and the one in Evans for a year now and for some reason I find myself going back for convenience, giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve had it. If there’s anything you can count on them for it’s to forget at least 2 things from your order, treat you like scum, and serve yesterday’s food. This place and the Evans location need to be shut down and rehabilitated until it’s no longer a nuisance to our community.
