I wanted to leave a review for the Bojangles on Washington Road because they have become our go-to spot for breakfast. As someone who follows a keto diet, finding a quick and delicious breakfast can be a challenge, but Bojangles delivers every time. I order two eggs with cheese and two sausage patties on the side, and it's the perfect meal. Paired with an unsweetened iced tea, it's a fantastic and satisfying breakfast for both my wife and me. Beyond the great food, the staff here is always incredibly friendly and fast. The service is excellent, and it's clear they take pride in their work. I know the atmosphere is a Bojangles restaurant so it's not fancy but it is clean and we'll taken care of. Highly recommend this location!

DoorDash 2 large number 1 combos to my house and the Bo rounds wouldn’t even have filled up a medium bo round container, the bo jangles further down the road doesn’t have this problem nice crispy bo rounds and the fill it to the top, this has happened several times

Mop that floor!! I had to walk carefully, b'cuz the floor was slippery from the entrance door to the bathroom. I frequent Bojangles & anytime of the day, I order the steak, egg, cheese combo, regular with arnold palmer. That's it! I was headed back home (2 hour drive), stopped in for a quick bite. Pulled off only to find my food was cold and & my cup was filled to the top with a little bit of drink. Sigh... The one great thing was their prices were $3 cheaper!
Maybe the young lady at the window was having a bad day or something but her attitude wasn't pleasant at all. She was training someone from what I could tell and maybe that was the reason for her rude responses and inaccurate directions to not only me but also the employee she was talking with. I waited 15 mins for my food to be brought out. My order was wrong but I did not have time to resolve the issue due to having to go to work. This was my first and last time personally going to this location.

I arrived nearly an hour before closing and was greeted over the speaker with, “It’s Bo Time! How can I make your day amazing?” I placed a simple order for one biscuit, only to have a manager suddenly jump on and say they were closed for maintenance.
This is incredibly poor business handling and reflects a serious lack of work ethic. If the store was truly closed, the initial greeting, the lights being on, and taking my order made no sense. It’s disappointing to see this kind of disregard for customers.
