Stood inside the restaurant at the register for over 10 minutes this morning. Two different workers said I’ll be with you shortly. No one ever came. I guess they wait you out to leave, because even the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building and people were leaving it without food as well.

I ordered a 4-piece Chicken Supreme meal today, and upon opening the package at home, I encountered several issues with the food. The chicken tenders appeared to be overcooked, small, and lacking freshness, as their taste confirmed. Additionally, the fries seemed to be of lower quality, resembling remnants from the bottom of the fryer, and the biscuit was also overcooked.

Doris Was very rude I asked her to remake my food due to finding a hair in my box she started cursing and yelling stating that the hair was mine even though I had a hair covering on. She was using very harsh words. I will never patronize this place again. Just so sad how much power can change a person. I can only imagine how she treats her employees if that’s the way she treats her customers
We received awesome customer service from the woman in the drive thru. She was efficient, courteous & a true blessing. Our food was cooked fresh to order with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the staff, the prices were good & we will be back! (Parents & caretakers keep in mind their chicken is spicy but GREAT!)

I went here on my way to work about a week ago. It wasn’t that busy so I decided to go inside. There was one person ahead of me and after he ordered the lady left the register fixed his food while joking with him about being GA biggest fan. She continued to talk to him laughing and joking while even admitting she’s still waiting for his peach cobbler. Not once did she acknowledge me as I was waiting to place my order so I walked out, because I had to get to work. I tried to call and complain no one picked up the phone. I also called corporate number and there wasn’t a live person to speak with and I didn’t received a call back. It’s a shame people lack customer service these days! Please do your job and treat people fairly and stop wasting our time while you lallygag. There was no reason why you shouldn’t have taken my order when all you were doing was joking and laughing with him about being GA biggest fan. Don’t get me wrong it’s good to acknowledge your regular customers, but let’s not overlook the customers who are still waiting in line to place orders.

Order was placed 11:48 I returned to location at 12:40.I placed a order for a 8 piece chicken tailgate and a 2 piece dinner. I didn't check order. I live about 30 min away from the location. When I arrived home, Checked food fries burnt, chicken was spicy and taste like it was cooked too long. Return to location advised them the chicken was spicy and burnt can I regular chicken. They advised me that was all the chicken that had was spicy. We are unable to eat spicy chicken. I asked for a refund and they told me they could not give me that or replace the order. The older lady in drive thru has a nasty attitude and should not work with the public. None of the employees would give me there name to report this issue.
Dietary restrictions: My mother is a diabetic and I have 4 small children who can't have spicy foods.
