I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru to order. The AI person came through but I wanted to speak to a real person. I waited. The AI said it was getting an employee to speak. No one came through the speaker as I was waiting. No customer was at the window. I pulled around to see the older lady taking the order of the next person behind me. I asked why my order was not being taken after waiting and saying hello, hoping a real person would come through the speaker. She then rudely said it tried to take your order four times. I did not have the time to complain as I was running late to work. I went Thursday morning

Rude manager! Lemonade was out had 5 employees talking amongst themselves ask several times if had Lemonade in back & finally manager shouted at me saying if they were out in front they were out in back. My wife & I were the only customers there! About 2:30 pm December 22nd. BUT FOOD WAS GOOD.

Visited the Belair Rd location around 1PM on Friday and ordered one combo meal. I was asked to pull forward and wait for someone to bring out the food. Before I knew it, it had been 30 minutes. I went inside and they hadn't even started to box up my meal. Be prepared for uncessary wait times if you visit this location.

Don't stop here for biscuits early in the morning. They are hard and crusty on the bottom, like they have been sitting for a long time. This place doesn't know how to make biscuits. The workers don't want to work, which seems to be the going thing here in the CSRA. Don't eat here.

We ordered a chicken BLT sandwich… had to pay extra and add this to the order btw, which was fine and that’s not the problem, but opened it when we got home (ordered inside since the drive thru has an AI robot that doesn’t work half the time) and it was a Cajun chicken sandwich without lettuce, tomato, or bacon 💀. I called and was hoping they would provide compensation or at least a “sorry” but instead I was met with disbelief, told to drive back out there and bring the receipt and the sandwich so they could replace it. And she was rude about it as well. Come on guys 💀. You could’ve at least been nice about it!
I wish I would’ve checked my order before I left, but I shouldn’t have to check my order especially when I order inside and it took you 15 or 20 minutes to prepare my order.
These ladies were the worst. The only nice one was the cashier who was pretty sweet 🩷. Do not go here! Go to the one on Washington!
I work at 7pm so I thought getting to the restaurant at 6pm would give me plenty of time. I was one of like 3-4 cars in the lot and still ended up waiting until 6:30 for my food in a parking spot before I just decided to take the hit and leave without the food. I would drive the extra 10 minutes to grovetown because you’ll probably wait 20+ here anyway

DISCRIMINATION and BULLYING!!
Unfortunately, I have to call your team out today, Sunday, August 10, 2025 (10:25am to 11:30am) I realized, today, that just like some other stores and fast food restaurants around here; you all discriminate against black people. If I pay for a meal to-go that doesn’t mean I have to or want to leave, immediately. It means that I can and will eat a portion of the meal and take the rest to go. That doesn’t give the staff permission to call family members or friends (the man in the green shirt and black rag on his head) that’s not even ordering food (check the camera), to come and stand and watch me as I sit. If you’re that concerned please call the police otherwise you’ll set that family member or friend up for prison or worse. Furthermore, is there a time limit for PAYING CUSTOMERS (I paid about $20 for this meal) to sit in the restaurant? I didn’t ask for anything free or give off any type of negative vibes. All I seen back there were black faces. Could any of you explain the discrimination or hostility towards another black person? I don’t expect special treatment; I just want you to do your job and be respectful to everyone that walks through that door especially if they’ve shown you respect the whole time. It appears that some of you wanted to bully me, with other little tactics, to make me leave. As a reminder, there are A LOT of retired military around here and we look pretty young. I was dressed presentable, I paid for my meal, I didn’t cause a disturbance and I didn’t do anything wrong, what’s the problem? DISCRIMINATION and BULLYING is not what I expected this morning!! I CHOOSE to drive extra miles to come to this store, regularly, because I THOUGHT it was better.

One of the worse service and food I've had in awhile. The new burrito i got was soggy, was disgusting. The pie i got was over cooked, and the tea even was not made like the others. I could deal with the tea, but the burrito was just not appetizing at all. I will not return. They should either renovate or close down
