Giving this place 1 star because expecting people to work for 8.50 is insanity in 2025. I don't care what their skill set is. You don't treat people that way.
Edited to respond: I highly doubt people are happy about making 8.50 an hour. They accept those types of jobs because it's all they can find. And for you to be charging as much as you do for your mediocre food, you could be paying people a livable wage. Be so for real.

We’ve really enjoyed the food and service here for a few years. They consistently delivery great chicken tenders and burgers. The hot dogs aren’t for us, however. The Bobby’s Sauce is really similar Cane’s sauce so if you’re missing Raising Cane’s then order the chicken tenders with fries and bread. It doesn’t disappoint!
Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring the kids and let them explore a French fry with every dipping sauce on it!

Update: We have visited this location twice in the last year and both times their custard machine was broken down. The young lady behind the counter said that it has been broken down for almost a year. They need to take frozen custard off the menu!

First time here and the last at this location. Originally ordered a Bucket list that was listed as $10.99. When the cashier rung it up it showed $16.00 with additional $2.50 for 1/2. Cashier couldn't explain. Ended up going with the 4 tender meal. Tenders might as well been nuggets. Coleslaw tasted sour. Couldn't tell the difference between the unsweet and sweet tea because so little sugar used. Only plus was the cleanliness.

Save your money. Burgers are concession stand/school cafeteria quality. You can tell everything came from frozen. Unsanitary toppings station. People were picking lettuce out the containers with their bare hands.

The food is always great.. but when I go in to pick up my order, there’s always this one girl who ends up having to get my order and she acts likes it’s an inconvenience to give me my food. Looks down on people. Never greets you with a smile and often rolls her eyes at you. I’d expect better from a nice establishment.

Decided to stop by the other day while shopping. We were disappointed that the frozen custard was removed from the menu. The burgers took a little while longer than normal but the place did have a handful of customers at the time. The toppings bar was messy and needed restocking. The sauces were messy as well and there was no ketchup. The bacon needed a few more minutes on the grill but all in all it was a decent visit.

Not sure what happened, this used to be our fav place to get a burger. We noticed last time that they had changed their buns and their fries. Tonight we noticed the burger itself was different, not very good either. Plus their “Bobby’s sauce” seemed off too. Maybe we caught them on an off night but it definitely is not as good as it used to be. Such a bummer but seems to be a reoccurring trend in the area
Not sure what happened here but we have been here before multiple times and noticed a huge difference today. Burgers were dry and horrible - rubber like. French fries also not the same. Nothing was fresh. Very disappointing!!! It was a great place! Won’t be coming back.

I don't know when their custard machine gave up the ghost, but they no longer serve custard. That was the main reason my kids wanted to come. Burgers made how you like them and delicious dessert....oh well.
