The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. I go her almost everyday and order the same thing. A large coffee with cream and french vanilla.. easy right.... WRONG... it is NEVER right unless I am there when they open. The coffee is either burned (from being up too high for too long) or they half pump the vanilla and my coffee tastes horrible. Today I'm pretty sure they put liquid sugar and the sweet vanilla in my coffee (yuck!). On top of it, today I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant... what did I get, a bacon, egg and cheese croissant (even though the bag said sausage). Im just going to go to the starbucks instead. Maybe they can get my order right.....

I always get a cold foam cold brew with cream and vanilla and its so good! The bacon side and the little veggie eggs are good to!

The people who work here are trash. The coffee was mid at best and the food is never made properly. My mother tried to order something here and was told to speak to them in English because they don’t speak Spanish (my mother doesn’t speak Spanish she just has a Jamaican accent but I wouldn’t expect someone who works at minimum wage to understand what an accent is since not a lot of schooling is required to get this job).

The experience this morning 9/5 at approximately 8:40-8:55 was horrible. When I arrived the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, I decided to go in. That decision was a horrible idea, there was a gentlemen in front of me that had been there longer than I have. It had to be about 8-9 employees working the drive thru line which was RIDICULOUS. After 5 mins no one greeted the gentlemen and myself, I got out of line asked if someone could attend to us. A employee response was a finger gesture of wait one minute ☝🏻. So I got back in line the gentleman in-front of me was upset and left! I waited about 5 more minutes before I said something again. I was furious by this time I kindly went over and said I have been here extremely long enough without greeting. I need to get to work just like everyone else out in the drive thru, I asked do I need to leave and go to the drive thru just to get assistance and the young lady says no ma’am I can help you now! Very dissatisfied! I called the store to speak with a manger whom I don’t believe was one her name is KADY, I explained to her the situation and all she said was I agree with no apology or anything! I have worked in the resturant industry for years, so I have alot of knowledge when it come to customer service. I just want to know how would any of YOU would’ve felt if it happen to you? I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE. I’ll be sure to let everyone at my work place know that if they want Dunkin’ don’t choose this store especially before work, they will make you late!
Just left this location not too long ago , They really be serving their customers food that sits up in the warmer for hours at a time . As an ex Dunkin employee myself of 4 years , you’re supposed to throw it out after a while .

I placed my first order ever from this Dunkin’ Donuts. I get to my daughter’s house with the breakfast for her and my granddaughter , and they have messed up the order .First, I call and I was on the phone with a employee and she say come get the 2 right wrap because I told her I want 2 chicken wraps and 1 chorizo and they have give me 3 spicy chorizo.so drove there and when I got there .some guy who I didn’t know who it is Because he didn’t even say his name or his position at the restaurant I’m guessing is another employee there , don’t know if it’s the manager or whatever he is say he will not give me the right food because I was on the phone and I told her I want my chicken wrap in set or the spicy chorizo wrap . I guess they feel like I was rude on the phone, but they hang out the phone on me and I was not rude at all. I just talked to my daughter about it and she said they do that to her all the time so this is a place who is negligent all the timeI should give them a 0 , but unfortunately was not a 0 in the review I can give this DUNKIN DONUTNO, ONLY GAVE ME THE WRONG FOOD THEY Don’t want to make it right for the customers

Had an issue where the manager himself gave my order to someone else. He then shrugs his shoulders and says "eh, i dont really care". Hes kind of a big guy with full dark reddish beard. So avoid him.

Donuts were fine, I just prefer donuts that are not so dense (cake-like). The cake type donuts overpower the glaze or icing. That's just a personal preference. Nothing specific to this store.
