I will never go back to this location went through the drive-thru they definitely need some better employees who in the right mind would stack chocolate covered donuts on top of one another in a bag instead of putting it in the box never will I ever go back to this one again I'll stick to the Washington road location

The reason I give this place one start that I ask for less ice and they wanted to try it and give me half a drink. Then they stated I had to pay an extra dollar fifty if I wanted more drink in my cup because of the type of drink. I told them legally, I paid for a drink.There is no sign stating that I need to pay more if I get less ice. So They end up filling my cup up. The employees are great people. I could see it in their face and their hospitality The management system is very corrupt. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I go there. Then my sandwich only had one and a 1/2 piece of bacon. Out of all the Dunkin' Donuts, I've traveled all over the world.I've never been treated like this.The hash Browns were cold and soggy.Looks like they've been fried in old oil. It happened once I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and it happened again. They will no longer get business from me. Inform from what I'm reading on the comments.I'm not the only one they tried to scam.

Went through drive through and ordered coffee snackin bacon and hash browns. I only reviewed hash brown and coffee. I called several times since 7am throughout the day and the phone just rings and rings. Now it’s 2pm and still no answer. Guess I have to stop by there in the AM prior to work.

ordered Donuts from them on the 30th for pick up on the 31st......AWFUL!!!!!! old as can be......picked them.up at 4pm, ate first one around 6, they were so.old. They said they bake them fresh but they were not fresh.....so sad.....will never go back there!!!!!!!

Went through the drive-through there’s nothing posted about what currency they will and will not take. Made a purchase for $22. I had 100 and a 20 as I pulled up to the drive-through she told me she will not take the hundred there is nothing posted anywhere I even asked to show me the sign where they will not take over a certain denomination. She gave me an attitude and told me she would not take the money that we were offering.

I cannot say enough nice things about this Dunkin’ Donuts!! Everything is perfect. Every time I get it food is always hot. The drinks are amazing and the staff is super friendly. I will drive across town if I have to just to come to this one! The staff is always so friendly, especially Alana, Rachel and Ansley!! They brighten my day every time I go through the drive-thru!!

Ordered medium cold brew with no ice. Staff handed me this, saying this is a medium serving without the ice
I don’t want my coffee watered down with ice
If I had ordered hot coffee the cup would’ve been full
Go to a fast food or any restaurant, order a cold drink with no ice…. They fill the cup. Every time.

To be so young and have such a high regard for her customer service is amazing and Her & Kenzie go out of there way to accommodate and make sure that I have a great experience everytime.
