So tonight, I ordered a medium of the Ice Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso. When I got there the lady at the front desk with red braids served me the drink and I was on my way. The coffee was filled to the top so I was satisfied. However, as I am on the road I finished my drink in literally 5 minutes after getting it and noticed that my cup was filled all the way up with ice. So, I turned back around and asked the lady who served me before if it was normal to fill the cups all the way with ice. The lady had said they had an “ice limit” where they put a certain amount of ice in a drink and that’s what they had to follow unless we requested light ice. She showed me the side of the cup that showed the “ice limit.” Then another lady with a black bob came to the desk who I believe is the lead. Long story short, she was being very condescending and said that she wasn’t trying to argue with me but also saying that I either should have known when I got the drink and that next time I should just request light ice. I was baffled because when I was handed the drink the liquid covered the ice so I did not notice. She then proceeded to say that she couldn’t just hand me another drink because of how expensive it was but I find that pretty hard to believe because the boy who was working there told me that all they did was put two shots of espresso and a few other ingredients. So instead she offered a donut but I passed because I was just done at that point. I don’t even understand why there is an “ice limit” when you can still request for light ice, wouldn’t that be against that rule even if it is requested? Overall, I was just very displeased with how everything was handled.

I ordered a medium espresso. I started drinking it and within a few minutes all the drink was gone and I was left with a cup filled almost to the top with ice. I went back to asked why, so much ice and minimal amount of the espresso. I was told there a ice limit for certain drinks, and somewhat implied I should have known that. I explain to lead/Cashier I wasn't aware of that, and if I was I definitely would have requested less. I was simply told next time request less ice??🤷🏽♀️

I'm a paralyzed disabled veteran. I call my order in so it will be correct. Unfortunately no Dunkin Donuts in Augusta will pick up the phone. Plus they seem to ALWAYS be out of my favorite donut. I order 2 dozen at a time. I'm totally convinced that Dunkin Donuts doesn't give a rats ass about quality customer service. I hate Starbucks just as much, but at least they pick up the phone. DUNKIN DONUTS had better be glad I'm not the Area Boss because all of them would be fired.
I’ve been going to this Dunkin all year and slow but surely what ever new staff they hired don’t know how to do their job properly!! I understand you have to wait for things but placing a mobile order on your phone and it never being ready or is never sitting on the shelf

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. I go her almost everyday and order the same thing. A large coffee with cream and french vanilla.. easy right.... WRONG... it is NEVER right unless I am there when they open. The coffee is either burned (from being up too high for too long) or they half pump the vanilla and my coffee tastes horrible. Today I'm pretty sure they put liquid sugar and the sweet vanilla in my coffee (yuck!). On top of it, today I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant... what did I get, a bacon, egg and cheese croissant (even though the bag said sausage). Im just going to go to the starbucks instead. Maybe they can get my order right.....

My mother tried to order something here and was told to speak to them in English because they don’t speak Spanish (my mother doesn’t speak Spanish she just has a Jamaican accent but I wouldn’t expect someone who works at minimum wage to understand what an accent is since not a lot of schooling is required to get this job).
