The staff at this location is great especially Alexis, she has the sweetest demeanor and is excellent with her customer service skills. To be so young and have such a high regard for her customer service is amazing and Her & Kenzie go out of there way to accommodate and make sure that I have a great experience everytime. ALEXIS IS SUPERB THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT ATTITUDE AND SERVICE.
We come at least twice a day to get 1 or more iced coffee’s and more. We spend a lot of money at this Dunkin . Today was the first time being told they were closed at 7:50pm. Alexis said they pour things out at this time. Wow! We come everyday around this time and this was the first! I hope management knows they are losing money!
Super helpful staff that made sure my kiddo with food allergies could enjoy safe foods! Thank you for taking the time to make sure you did what was needed to let him enjoy breakfast!!
