Donuts were fine, I just prefer donuts that are not so dense (cake-like). The cake type donuts overpower the glaze or icing. That's just a personal preference. Nothing specific to this store.
I’d recommend giving yourself at least a half hour to get through the line and order. Ive visited on different days around different time and I’ve pretty consistently experienced a lengthy wait time. I had placed a pick up order through the drive through and to see it that helped. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I still sat in a 20 minute long line. I’ve had awesome experiences with this location in the past so I’m holding out hope that this new wait time is temporary.
