Today at 210 pm the lady taking my order poor customer service attitude not welcoming. When I pulled up the other young lady was nice but I can see the lady taking order on her phone leabing on the counter. Donuts were stale and plain. How can you mess up glaze donut holes

Employee at the window this morning was very rude. Crumpled my receipt as he gave it to me, acted as if he didn’t want to give me my credit card back. When I told him my coffee was incorrect he closed the window and walked away. Then gave me a coffee that still was incorrect but after waiting for almost 10minutes I was not willing to be late for work. Egg and cheese wraps were cold in the center, but what really got me was how rude this man was. We will definitely never come back to this location! Do better!

I was the only one in line and was waiting to get to order a drink. Two employees saw me and ignored me. When a family came in after me they were greeted immediately and asked what they wanted. I guess I went to a racist location.

Great experience and Mitchell was very polite. Drinks were delicious!
They attend you lousy with bad attitude I asked for my favorite toast with avocado and bacon they made me charge with bacon when serving them they did not carry bacon and will work it reluctantly put the bacon and his face annoying !

It's Dunkin, it's clean, and it's nearby. Stop by for donuts or coffee or whatever. Staff has always been helpful and professional.
