I made an online order for a frozen coffee minutes before I pulled up to this store. As I arrived at the drive thru window, I watched the girl that was making my order sneeze into the pitcher she was using to make said drink. She continued as if I didn’t notice, and brought me the drink with sneeze to the window. I confronted her about the sneeze and she started laughing. She then disappeared for almost 5 minutes and started making a new drink. In the process of that she was walking around touching the trash with her hands and the pitcher. No way I was drinking that drink but I used my points to get it so I had no other choice but to take it. It has now been 3 weeks since I contacted the store for redemption and have yet to hear from any manager or anyone else… which should let you know a lot about them. I advise anyone thinking of going here to think again!

Today I visit the store roughly around 3ish for a refresher and a breakfast sandwich and the first time, my sandwich was burnt. So I called and asked if they could possibly remake it, the girl on the line said yes. So I go back up there and I’m waiting on the drive thru, no one acknowledges me for a bit so someone comes to the window and I told him I was picking a remake sandwich. Now, this is the second sandwich. The bread was good but when I bit into this sandwich, the meat was so hard that it was chewy. Like putting meat in a microwave for too long. Very disappointed and the customer service has slacked a bit. The smiles has faded. But yeah, this isn’t the first incident but I like to give people grace.

I ordered a cold brew coffee for my husband yesterday. At the drive through I specified “please make this drink creamy and sweet. It’s usually good if you make sure it’s a creamy color”
So when I got to the window and she handed it to me, it looked like she used maybe a cap of almond milk to make it so I politely asked the lady if she could put a little more in it, and she didn’t say anything, she just looked at me like I was the dumbest person ever. I’ve NEVER had an experience like that at a drive through before…the girl was very rude. It was at like 6 in the morning

This is the 2d time that I've visited this one and the food was substandard, cold sandwich. I told an employee the tables were dirty and she did nothing 15 minutes later The floors are also very dirty and looks like it wasn't clean today They are more concerned about expediting orders than quality customer service. Go to the one in Evans on Washington Road instead.

Worst Dunkin in the CSRA, which isn’t saying much since every Dunkin in the CSRA is pathetic. Given them countless chances. I order the exact same iced latte every time and receive a completely different product every time, most of which are so filled with milk and syrup you can’t even taste the espresso. Just make it look like the picture.

We were the only customers inside DD for five minutes and no one greeted us. We finally used the order kiosk to place our order. The staff gave us our order without a word. Customer service should be paramount in any business. A first-year business major knows that. We prefer Starbuck's because the wait staff is friendlier and makes customers feel appreciated and valued.
Sandwich portion really small for a $6 sandwich. But delicious.

I've had several cold drinks at this location, and none have matched the description from the menu. While I've ordered different drinks, all have been made the same...cold coffee, some flavoring and whipped cream. Two that I've ordered weren't even supposed to contain whipped cream.

I ordered 2 bacon and cheese bagels. The bagels were overly chewy and seemed less than fresh. They felt like reheated leftovers. The two jelly donuts were just plain stale and unappealing. All in all, a letdown from the usually good food served at this location. You guys and girls can do better; please do!
