Horrible floors dirty behind the counter and the donut shelves bare!! Lots of staff but crap services won’t be back!! They need to seriously clean up and step up!

I was the only one in line and was waiting to get to order a drink. Two employees saw me and ignored me. When a family came in after me they were greeted immediately and asked what they wanted. I guess I went to a racist location.

They attend you lousy with bad attitude I asked for my favorite toast with avocado and bacon they made me charge with bacon when serving them they did not carry bacon and will work it reluctantly put the bacon and his face annoying !

It's Dunkin, it's clean, and it's nearby. Stop by for donuts or coffee or whatever. Staff has always been helpful and professional.
Horrible management. my sandwich was really burnt and the manager said she would comp it for me but instead just remade it to get me out of the line. i’ve been here three times and every time it’s atrocious coffee and nasty food. I really wish the service here was better, I’ve had about 1 good experience with an employee. Not to mention when I had a request for my coffee, i heard them talk about me through the microphone. Never again is too soon to eat at this dunkin.

I made an online order for a frozen coffee minutes before I pulled up to this store. As I arrived at the drive thru window, I watched the girl that was making my order sneeze into the pitcher she was using to make said drink. She continued as if I didn’t notice, and brought me the drink with sneeze to the window. I confronted her about the sneeze and she started laughing. She then disappeared for almost 5 minutes and started making a new drink. In the process of that she was walking around touching the trash with her hands and the pitcher. No way I was drinking that drink but I used my points to get it so I had no other choice but to take it. It has now been 3 weeks since I contacted the store for redemption and have yet to hear from any manager or anyone else… which should let you know a lot about them. I advise anyone thinking of going here to think again!

Today I visit the store roughly around 3ish for a refresher and a breakfast sandwich and the first time, my sandwich was burnt. So I called and asked if they could possibly remake it, the girl on the line said yes. So I go back up there and I’m waiting on the drive thru, no one acknowledges me for a bit so someone comes to the window and I told him I was picking a remake sandwich. Now, this is the second sandwich. The bread was good but when I bit into this sandwich, the meat was so hard that it was chewy. Like putting meat in a microwave for too long. Very disappointed and the customer service has slacked a bit. The smiles has faded. But yeah, this isn’t the first incident but I like to give people grace.
