French Market Grille West is a locals favorite. The food, the atmosphere, and the service are first class! Locally owned and it never disappoints. The oysters, sushi, and gumbo are just a few of my favorites. Also, don't forget about the deliciously warm bread that they serve! Fair prices and great draft beer options as well! Jacqueline was our most recent server and she was friendly and extremely professional!!!

Party of five were seated without reservations with no waiting! It was a birthday celebration and they held the birthday cake we had brought in the back and presented it to us after dinner with plates and fresh utensils. Overall, a great evening out!!

Our first visit. Had a wonderful lunch with friends. Food and service were excellent. Met the owner Jim Beck. Told him about our enjoyable experience. His brother owns Becks on Kings Way. These guys know how to offer great food and quality service.

The food was really good. It was not super busy when we arrived, but when we left around 6.pm. there was a line.We had a group of 6, and after we ate and paid, we were patiently waiting because my mom wanted desert to go, and they needed to redo the check.This took maybe all an extra 20 minutes. With that said. I rarely complain or gripe on my reviews.Again, grant you there was a small wait Saturday evening, as we waited for the desert and the check to be redone the Manger must have come to our table at least 4 or 5 times in 15-20 minute time span.We had separate checks, and he grabbed ours and rang it up. The receipt the waitress had taken to redo with the desert he brought back for us to payDidn't let us explain that the waitress had taken the receipt to add the dessert.As we were getting up to leave, here comes the manager again to thank us for coming. And followed us to the door.The reason I bring this up is because this poor customer service, and we have never had poor customers, and we come here often.I'm giving customer service a 3 because our waitress did a very good job considering how busy the restaurant was getting as the evening progressedAtmosphere 4Food 5Price Point 5Customer Service 3
