Literally the worst customer service I've had in Augusta lol I wish I was joking but all I can do is laugh. The girl with the black star under her lip was awful. Forget how she treated me and my kids, she was hanging with a guy in the seating area and they were cussing and being unprofessional. I will not go back and don't encourage anyone to go as long as those people are working there.

Went in to ask about a gift card and WAS going to buy a drink. Walked in and a guy who worked there got up from his seat from the sitting area to assist. I asked if they had gift cards, then he asked if I had cash, with a weird attitude in his voice. He said it would "be better if i did". Not sure why that is, if the shop takes card. He didn't explain. No, I didn't have cash. The attitude from the guy that was working made me uncomfortable. I left without purchasing anything and won't be back.
