Bad experience, the woman who serves must understand that Hispanics or Latinos extend to more than 30 countries with different cultures and gastronomy,When someone asks for a dishHe should be kind and understand and not make a face, expression and rude attitudeI have nothing bad to think about the place since it is part of the communityI think the food is good for its country of originBut you should be more understanding and understand that not all of us know the dishes from your country of origin. The menu has very little informationIt's really not clear what each dish contains.Anyway, good luck on my part, I won't return to this place and of course my acquaintances will also know this information.

I ordered every type of empanada, THEY WERE AMAZING! I also ordered a Cuban sandwich that was one of the best ever. Next time I’m in Augusta I’ll definitely be back!!
Nice atmosphere and customer service. They have variety menu, the service was really fast.My constructive critic goes to the food flavor. Food lack of seasoning and latin flavor.
Go eat there and enjoy the outstanding foods they make.

Definitely has awesome staff. Food was slightly bland. Pork was waaaay over cooked. Sweet plantains were not really sweet. Chicken was under seasoned. Rice had perfectly cooked parts, hard chunks in it, and soggy chunks. All of the different fresh fruit juices were amazing.

This was 1 of only 2 terrible experiences I have had to the point that it was inedible. The menu is a mix of Cuban, Puerto Rican and Dominican dishes. As a first generation Cuban American, i am confident when I say this is NOT Cuban food. I only tried the “Cuban” dishes so I can’t speak for the others. First and foremost, they ran out of pork so the most popular dish pernil was not available which also eliminated the Cuban sandwich. We started with Yuca w/meat. The yuca was so orange from what I will assume was achiote (annatto) that it was so bitter we couldn’t eat it.The cheese empanadas were ok but there was zero seasoning. The final plate that pushed us to ask for the check.A steak sandwich advertised Cuban style. It was a Salisbury steak at best that tasted like it had been boiled and not a sprinkle of seasoning, red onions were used (it should have been Spanish onions) and the signature fry sticks were non existent. The woman who i presume was the owner noticed we barely ate anything and asked if we weren’t happy, she did remove the sandwich from our tab and i appreciate her customer service etiquette.I think with a strong chef who genuinely knows the cuisine this place can be successful. But in the meantime, I do not recommend this establishment.

It was like we flew to Dominican Republic and ate at our favorite restaurant. Everything was wonderful, can't wait to go back soon. Be sure to say hi to Maria! She is a lovely hostess.

Great food and atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended! Latin Flavor is our shortcut to Caribbeans.
We needed a spot like this in Augusta. The food is amazing. I am all about trying food from different culture and this place hit the spot for me.
