Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered online (12-1-24) at 330pm for a delivery to be a scheduled delivered by 545 pm...I called and the lady said they had the ordered and I asked what the eta would be she said 10-15 minutes...25 minutes pass I call again and a guy answered and said "it's still being prepared I can't give you an eta" super rude about it. So why place online orders if you are not going to meet the delivery...and instead I went to pick it up an hour after my scheduled time, no apology or anything, and the pizza was only warm. Absolutely horrible.

Little Caesars is a quick way to grab a pizza. But no longer do they have Fresh-Hot-Ready-To-Go. I arrived thinking I could grab a few pizzas, pay and go. Not an option anymore. I had to go online, order, and wait. But, ran next door to grocery and when I returned, my order was ready to grab using the code I received by email. Kids (and adults) love hot pizza, almoat regardless of where it's from.

I have bought dozens of pizzas at this store and was always happy. This one was tough and seemed like it was made on a defrosted crust. It even had sharp edges like it had been stamped out. What's up Little Caesars??

Wings are no good. You're way better off getting Wings from Applebee's or Papa John's. The pizza is good sometimes but it's too inconsistent for me to recommend.

Never have pizza ready. Every time we come to this location it is a 15 minute wait. Most of the time the workers are out back smoking. Again we are waiting 15 minutes for a pepperoni pizza to be made.

No cheese on most of my pizza. Manager flat out refused to fix it or compensate for the issue. He said that he could remake the pizza but it would look identical to the one he gave me because “it’s caused by how they cut the slices.” I call ? bull on that one. Look at the cheese pizza from the same order.I asked him what I was supposed to do with cheese-less pizza and he said “I don’t know what you’re going to do with it… we’ve done our part.”I’ve gotten poorly made pizza here before, but they have always been willing to fix things until now. I will be reaching out to corporate on this one.

Just called to place an order here. I spoke to an actual person (not a robot). She was polite, easy to understand and got my order correct.It hit me how this experience is becoming more and more rare. So five stars from me.

Parking: You really don't need to park if you order ahead. The drive thru works well.
