I live not even 2 minutes from this one and it is the worse! Put something else here that would value customer service! Went to the drive thru for 10 minutes no one came to the window! Went inside another 10 minutes and the man inside just ignored me and my husband! I loudly said can you take our order and he walked around straight ignoring us! Walked out and went to pizza and great!

Ordered half pepperoni w/ well done.. it was not well done & not half pepperoni..
ordered puffers and was very messy like they didn’t care at all.

It's cheap pizza. You can't expect too much from it. They're usually hot and ready at this location and the employees are always nice and friendly.

Certain LS are better than other just like most any other chain. But this one specifically is the best I've ever bought food from as far as Little Caesars go. The workers here are always courteous, kind and fast with the food. Not exactly sure why this one is so much better than the other but I promise you that it is. Especially the little 4 peice pizza puffs. Good price too. Also,just because they aren't delivery drivers, doesn't mean they don't deserve a tip. They're back in the kitchen where it's always hot. And no I'm in no way shape or form an employee or asked to write this but when a place deserves props,you gotta give it

I recently placed an order for a lunch combo and crazy bread combo through the app. I was outside the door and walked in to let them know I just placed it but could they please make it as a cheese pizza only (instead of pepperoni) because I am vegetarian and the app doesn’t allow for you to make the change.

He stated that they had already begun preparing my order and that there was no option to change it. I have never had this issue and know that there is no way it was already being made since I had just submitted it 10 seconds before.

So, instead of correcting it and making a cheese pizza (which he said could not be done), I asked for my order to be cancelled. Completely disappointed in my first experience at this location.

This particular Little Caesars is about 2.5 mi from home...it's quick, convenient and for a Little Caesars has good quality. We've been coming here for years and will continue.

Ordered online (12-1-24) at 330pm for a delivery to be a scheduled delivered by 545 pm...I called and the lady said they had the ordered and I asked what the eta would be she said 10-15 minutes...25 minutes pass I call again and a guy answered and said "it's still being prepared I can't give you an eta" super rude about it. So why place online orders if you are not going to meet the delivery...and instead I went to pick it up an hour after my scheduled time, no apology or anything, and the pizza was only warm. Absolutely horrible.
