Pizza is never ready so you’re stuck waiting 20 minutes (after they finally acknowledge you)Once we received the pizza and came home one of the pizzas was not cooked fully and gave my husband food poisoning.Would not recommend this Little Caesars. Poor service and undercooked food. Luckily my husband isn’t elderly or else this would probably had killed him. Health inspectors need to order here and see how it is…

This has got to be the worst Little Caesars have ever seen in my life it wasn't like that 10 years ago sadly new ownership management whatever it is is run it to the ground I've never seen a place that don't have pizza ready to serve like they used to but dislocation here all I can say is they need to shut it down

I waited 20 minutes in line only to be told when I finally got to the window that it would be 15 minutes for a “hot and READY” pizza. I said that I would come back after an errand. I did and waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the window. I paid and was told to park in spot #2 where I waited for another 10 to 15 minutes. Not once was I given an apology or explanation which would have put me at ease. This is not my first bad experience here.

The person at the register was attentive and helpful. 5 stars for her. My pizza however, too much sauce and too much cheese. We got a thin crust and with a thin crust, all that extra sauce and extra cheese makes eating it unpleasant. Other locations make it perfectly, and I will avoid this location going forward.

The most rude employee ever. I walk in and get yelled at in the most disrespectful tone because they are "closed" , but the door is open. Terrible customer service. Keep in mind I was able to place an order in and everything.

I like that they had a drive thru. The worker gave me my pizza and asked if I already got my drinks. No, my guy, you only gave me my pizza. Then he came back with a 20 oz when I ordered a 2 liter. He told me they didn't have any 2 liters so he gave me another 20 oz bottle. Not the same, but I didn't want to argue. It's Christmas. Pizza is cheap. Got the hot and ready. Deep deep dish is always the way to go, though. Don't order 2 liters, I guess.

I would give negative stars if possible pulled up to the drive thru window right after another car they got their order I pulled up 5 mins no response I drove around went in was acknowledged around the corner I saw someone cutting a pizza 5 more minutes no other response no one came around the corner to see if I needed help or was ready to order or if I was bleeding to death I left no pizza just a waste of time.

Really poor training and service. You pull up and instead of greeting you and then taking care of tasks they make you sit and wait while they go about their business without even acknowledging you. Nothing is ever “hot and ready”. If you want crazy bread be prepared to wait 15 minutes while they make it (not sure what they’re doing that it can’t be prepared ahead of time at 12 in the afternoon) and then act irritated at you for ordering it.

Awful service, awful pizza. I sat at the drive thru window for at least five minutes and had to wave a worker down to come to the window. Then she had an attitude. I had ordered online, so she scanned my boxes and almost threw them out the window. Got home and the pizza was way overcooked. It tasted like cardboard. I will not visit this location again!

Worst service ever, no one would answer the phone, came in person to place the order and waited over 30 minutes to ve told my $46.00 order is lost or missing and now I have to wait longer for pizza, this is insane, I watched 7 customer come place orders and leave before they decided to tell me mine was missing. Poor customer service, if I could give you no stars I absolutely would. I have been in food service for 28 years and a district manager and by far this is the worst service that I have ever gotten. Some true management needs to address the issues at this location. I have kids I was picking up pizza for and to have to wait 45 + minutes for pizza is crazy when they are not even busy

Regular at this particular location but this level of customer service was truly astonishing. Duan Garner greeted and embraced every customer in front and at the window. Not only did he welcome every guest but he introduced himself and invited everyone back for another amazing experience!!

This location has been going downhill for a while but this was our final visit. We waited almost an hour (no forewarning about the time, just "it'll be a few minutes") for COLD food. No apology from staff, no offers of refunds or comp items. There was a line out the door with everyone else having waited over a half hour each.
