Great service! The manager was very nice and even brought me my food and smiled, something that doesn’t often happen anymore. Also a gentleman was making sure all tables and the floor spotless. Awesome McDonald’s!

I ordered on the app. At the window the girl told me they didn't have any frappe which I had ordered and said they could do a shake instead. I asked if since I was paying for a frappe at $5.08 if they could also make my other shake which was a medium a large to make up for the difference between the large shake I was getting 3.89 and what I had paid for $5.08 she couldn't, she insisted that it cost the same and somehow I was supposed to be satisfied with not getting what I ordered and also getting over a dollar less than what I paid for, she made no attempt to fix the situation. And after the idiotic conversation the 2 shakes I ended up with were disgusting and both cups had stuff running down the outside.

After the catastrophe of Hurricane Helene throughout Augusta, nothing brings back that true American pride like some hot McDonalds. The lady taking my order at the drive thru intercom was nice and patient and helped me with my questions. The wait wasn’t too long from ordering to receiving the food. I got the $5 meal bundle which comes with a 4 piece nugget, small fry, small drink, and choice of sandwich (chicken sandwich or double cheese) and opted for the double cheese. Everything was good and hot, and I left satisfied. McDonald’s definitely hits different when you don’t have power all week, so glad to see this American classic is back open.

Most of the time do people seem to have an attitude problem sometimes they hear what they want to hear then you get your order wrong it's bad when you got to leave the window and turn around and come back because they messed up and weren't listening with their ears. Oh I forgot I went there the other day and they had to ask me three times what I ordered that's bad and then they look at you like it's your fault. That the order was wrong. .

Second time in a row that I have come to this McDonald’s location and they have pushed me to the drive-through parking spots. Every time that they do this they bring me the wrong food. I have driven off without my food twice in a row. This is terrible, stop pushing people to the drive-through parking spots just to get the order wrong or give the food to the wrong person every time. Especially when the customer does not make a large order!
