ORDERED CHICKEN ALFREDO AND CHEESE BREAD… THE SAUCE WAS RUNNY AND THE CHEESE BREAD HAD YELLOW CHEESE AND THE BREAD WASN'T DONE, THOUGHT IT CAME WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE. KEEP CALLING UP THERE, NO ANSWER WE HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK UP THERE!!! VERY INCONVENIENT FOR US.

I drove all the way to the store and they told me that the order is there and the DoorDash is waiting to pick up the order- I took the order and drove all the way back to the order is wrong- I called the store many times To complain about it and no one answer-

The pizza is not prepared like it was a couple of months ago. I rarely eat pizza but when I do I order Pizza Hut. These last experiences have been troubling. I hate to look for another pizza place but it is always an option.

Just no! Maybe you will have a better experience than we did. My grandson and I he's 6. He was sick ?and he wanted pizza. I called around 10. I know they open at 9:45,? but we were having trouble ordering online?The employee answered and and we said we had a delivery order she kept us on hold for 9 minutes.? I called the pizza hut on Washington rd in the Plaza with IHOP while we were on hold.An employee answered, and she was nice emphatic and quickly took our order, and it was delivered in 30 minutes. It came with plates!!!??? I know that's nothing to be excited about, but how many of you have received plates with your delivery ? pizza. Also, the pizza boxes were sealed shut. My grandson had gotten the personal pan with fries ?. He had ketchup in his box and a fork!!!! ???? I had my crushed red pepper seasoning and the cheese guess what ? WITH FORKS....LOL? plenty of napkins. I will always order from this pizza hut. I know I might not get the same excellent attention to detail, but they have alway on Washington rd provided good service. Okay, sorry, I got carried away. Anyway, and sorry this is so long. My daughter wanted to order from columbia rd because it was close to her home. We were late picking up our order, running errands for everyone. My granddaughter didn't know the phone number the order was in but she gave the name, and they couldn't find it. They were a little busy, so my granddaughter had to come back to the car and then go back in. How about she had to get back in line behind about 7 people. I remember when they would pull you to the side because the people in the restaurant already knew you just needed the number to get your pizza. When she got to the windows again in about 20 minutes at first, the employee could not find ? it. Then my granddaughter said it was the first one!!!????? Needless to say, it was cold, and the crust was chewy. Not ice cold, but the warmer was not the warmest. I myself will not go back, but you can try your luck.

But they’re still the worst and let me explain why. I drive for DoorDash/UberEats when I’m not working at my other job. It’s just fun. Anyways, this store NEVER HAS ANY ORDERS. EVER. There’s ALWAYS an issue with them. Sometimes I get orders from them after they’re already closed. I understand that you’re closed, but as someone who used to work as a manager at a restaurant, I know that even if you’re closed, you’re supposed to answer the phone!! I called the store one time to see if they still had to order I was there to pick up, because that’s is literally all I wanted. Someone was in there, they just refused to answer the phone. Don’t get me wrong, I love going home just as much as the next guy at the end of my shift, but again, being someone who was also a manger, I know that you’re supposed to make orders that come through until close. Where I worked, we closed at ten, and if someone ordered at 9:59, we still made it. This place claims to be open until 12:15a.m, but will not make any orders that come in starting at like 11pm. Every time I go here they never have the order, & the excuse is NEVER that it was picked up by somebody else. Thai location should be taken off those apps, point blank. They just waste my time & they customer’s money.

Ordered a pizza thick crust three toppings large got a thin Chrust with olives plus the three that I ordered brought it back they remade it got to my car and it was a large three topping thin Pizza that's ridiculous after I explained that I wanted a thick Pizza can't eat a thin one because of my teeth so that went in the trash $12 wasted

This location closes at 1:15 am according to the website and app. I placed an order 30 minutes before closing and it was cancelled, with employees refusing to answer the phone when I called to ask why. Very displeased as the order processed and was said to be ready in 15 minutes. Employees are lazy and I’m guessing just wanted to go home early

I ordered online a medium thin crust pizza with extra pepperoni, ground beef, and bacon. My wife ordered a supreme personal pan pizza, and her pizza was correct... an hour later , we received our order, and it was horribly wrong. Ironically, the driver was tipped 10.00, and the order was still late and wrong. This is exactly why the fast food Indus is tanking. No wonder here.
I’m a DD driver, went into store to pickup order. Was told a few minutes, waited for 10 minutes and only then the cashier goes to check the order and found it’s not there and already given out to someone else.

I went to store and ordered and waited for my order. I ordered a large pepperoni lovers pizza. There were only 15 pepperoni on it. Did not even come close to covering it as pictured in their ads. I asked the young lady when she showed me the pizza if it was a pepperoni lovers and she assured me it was. Probably won't go there again.
Parking: If Kroger is busy very difficult to enter parking lot.
