I had ordered a fajitas salad. It was fajitas. No salad. I told the waitress that was not what I wanted. She didn't care. She didn't tell the manager. I only ate the shrimp. She then when I was finished, took it to the manager. No apology from the waitress or manager. I won't go back.

The Poblano's in Evans is way better and is like night and day from this place. Supposed to be the same restaurant but another location, same menu but portions and food is definitely not the same. This location also charges a credit card fee that they don't have a sign posted about. The "large" cheese dip came in a bowl just slightly bigger than the salsa bowls and it was very watery and didn't even taste like cheese. Strawberry margarita tasted like pure sugary syrup and no alcohol in it. We asked for water when we placed our drink order and didn't get it, asked again when the food came and still didn't get it. The waitress was just concerned with going back to the booth of employees to socialize. None of the food was hot, and everything was bland.

Mixed drinks were terrible and tasted like NO alcohol in them. Quesadilla obviously made in the microwave as it was very rubbery. The cheese dip was watery with no flavor as well as taco was dry meat and no flavor.

This place is horrible and cares about no one or their quality of food and service. 2 people at the table and place an order to go, after they finished their meal, of a chicken and cheese only quesadilla. Just chicken and cheese. Seemed simple enough. It was a to go order that they did wrong and when I brought it back I was told the waitress said it was never specified. I have been eating this the same way for 2 years because of how sick I am. We would have never ordered it incorrectly and the 2 people who ordered it said it was ordered correctly. This place is the worst

I've never seen or eaten a Chili Verde that had a creamy green sauce. It was just regular carnitas with some sort of green sauce they splashed on top. Would not call this chili Verde by any means. The serve was decent but the hostess up front probably shouldn't deal with the general public. Overall I can't see returning here with so many better options for mexican dishes in the area.

I will never be back! They do not welcome black people nor people who are gay! My and my partner walked in and were seated… we only got chips from the lady designated for that … the server never even greeted us.. no water , NOTHING! A whole family came in 15 mins after us and were immediately served with chips and drink … we ask if the lady was our server bc she kept walking past us like she completely didn’t see us sitting there. We asked her if she was our server and she told us to hold on to go get that other family CHEESE DIP !!! I was lost for words. Horrible customer service
