My bun to my chicken sandwich was so stale it snapped and crumbled in half. I love Popeyes when it’s fresh, but it’s hard to come by in the area.

The two girls working the drive thru today 3/31/2024 at 5:23 are extremely rude and have nasty attitudes. One kept telling my son she couldn’t hear him and he was literally yelling into the drive thru speaker. So I get on the speaker and say hello. Somebody else come on and say “You need to calm down”. “We shouldn’t even have to work today”. I’m classifying the store as ghetto and classless. Baby you chose your job. I know the general love the 40.00 loss he took today. I wonder how many you take a day, week and month. Don’t waste your time. We came to the one at 422 Lewiston Rd and was greeted with hospitality and fast service. I only gave one star just to leave a review 0/10.

We stopped in while passing through Augusta. We waited an hour for our food. The only update we received was from the manager who was literally running around the girl at the registered never said a word. The food once we recieved it was fresh and it was great and we know the lady in front of us ordered alot so we waited patiently so only real thing I would say is make sure to update the customers and try and make things right with them.

Ordered a 16 piece family meal, nice people and quick service! Definitely better than Lewiston popeyes in Grovetown which is where my house is closer to, definitely coming to Belairs more often!
