Every employee here has an attitude problem. Or genuine lack of customer service skills. They just stare at you and say nothing most of the time. Coming here is very unpleasant. I think they secretly hate me at this point. I make sure every order is a mobile order so I’m not pissing anyone off — everyone there now seems bothered or depressed so I’d rather keep it simple for both parties involved. When Brent and Taylor were here the service was amazing. It made me want to actually order more and get creative with my drinks. It made me excited to go here and here ONLY for Starbucks coffee. Now I’d rather just avoid this place altogether. Time and time again when I order I receive a half empty drink. Or it’s flat out wrong. I don’t say anything because I know they’ll just shrug their shoulders. I think this has something to do with the Kroger they operate under specifically because I’ve noticed the Kroger is also really unorganized and has management issues.

I mobile ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and another drink. The drink they made instead was a Cold Brew w/ Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam. I asked the barista if she could remake the drink because it wasn’t what I had ordered. She just looked at me with a blank face and didn’t say a word. She proceeds to remake the drink, except she was talking to a friend and did NINE PUMPS OF VANILLA SYRUP and a MONSTROUS amount of sweet cream. My husband tasted it, and couldn’t even drink it. The drink recipe is 3 pumps of vanilla syrup and a splash of sweet cream. I politely asked for her to remake it, and she just looked at me. She said “How do you want me to make it?”. Then I told her the recipe (off of the app.) She proceeded to call her manager. I didn’t even ask for the manager. Anyways, I explain the situation to her. The manager remakes the drink, and shows the girl working how to properly make it. The drink came out fine. Gave this starbucks 2 stars, only because my other items were ok. If you see an african american girl with blonde hair, DO NOT ORDER.

I order online a mocha frappe blend with almond milk and when I came in the store to pick up my order my order was made very light and I asked for a remake because it normally doesn’t comes like that it’s mostly dark , I did ask nicely because I didn’t want no problems and the black girl with glasses, piercings on her face camo coat,blonde hair act like she didn’t want to make it and I watch her remade the order to make sure she doesn’t do anything stupid there were other customers, and the other girl Dallas look at it like there’s nothing wrong with it but if anyone goes to this Starbucks don’t be serve by them two they look like they don’t wanna work there just a heads up

Writing this on behalf of my sister who placed this order. We both wanted a hot matcha latte but the barista made them both iced which is fine but she didn’t even fill it up all the way and one of the cups was half empty. This is apparently the second time that this has happened. Really disappointed!

I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and it was not made correctly and just tasted like watered coffee. Totally disappointing because I was on a road trip and really needed the coffee and go to Starbucks because the coffee is always strong. I couldn’t go back because we were on a road trip.

This location never honors a BOGO deal, the staff need more training at this location. I understand that the app had to be used for these deals, but it also states on the app in store or mobile, and it also shows that this location honor the BOGO offer. However these young ladies refuse to take my order, and this is not the first time. Its horrible! I went to another location on S. Belair Rd and was able to order and received my BOGO with no problem. I need for Kroger location to get it together, it use to be nice to come in and get a coffee with excellent customer service not anymore. However Amir is great!

Unfortunately this location was subpar. I placed and order via the drive through. When I arrived at the window, I questioned my order because I knew the amount charged was incorrect. I was argued with about it, even though I showed what the correct amount should have been via my mobile app. I received two drinks- both made incorrectly.
I drove around and parked and brought both back asking for a refund or they be remade. The person was reluctant, but placed a second order and did not refund the overcharge. Upon receiving the two drinks the second time. They were still made incorrectly. I gave up and left.

the employees are so rude, quiet, and sad looking… absolutely horrible service, my drink was straight up milk when it was suppose to be a frappe. the employee name on the receipt is “genesis” i literally had to put icecream from my house in my drink so it will somewhat be a “frappe” it was straight up milk only, absolutely ridiculous. the service and the drinks suck here do not go to this location.
