Always have to wait 10+ mins for someone to come take my order, then the order doesn't even come out, and the employees stare at you while you're waiting to order and nobody is there.

Not sure what was going on today but had to wait around 30 mins for my food. The staff was courteous and apologized for the wait but still ended up making me have to change my plans. Food was good though no complaints on that.

I arrived at 10am, I was craving tacos but after I entered my appetite quickly fled. It was 50 degrees outside and 105 inside. The men's bathroom smelled terrible as the urinal did not work. They said it has been broken for weeks but there was no sign or tape indicating such. I approached the counter and asked cash or credit, I said either, manager pointed at the kiosk and said order from there. I looked at the kiosk and it was filthy. I thought about the recent study finding feces on 95 percent of all kiosks tested, then I thought about the urinal and how hot the place was, then I thought I would rather have a Bojangles biscuit! If a restaurants public areas are not clean in the morning then more likely than not the kitchen is dirty as well. Bottom line, NOT WORTH THE RISK.

I only gave 4 stars because on this particular day, the food was way too spicy. It's usually just right, so I will go again. We used the drive thru, so I can't comment on the inside of the store. The drive thru person was not the most friendly I have encountered at Taco Bell, but she was not actually rude, either.

I work in customer service and the fact that I'm giving one star should be enough. The workers are rude, and won't even come to the front to take my order, she took about 10 minutes after I ordered on the tablet to give me my drink and keep in mind that it's 10 pm so they aren't busy at all.
Doesn't carry double decker tacos!!! WTH!!! It's a damn hard shell taco over a soft shell taco!!!

Employees definitely follow the managers lead. Very rude. They act like it's an issue to help customers. REALITY CHECK! If you don't have customers your behind won't have a job! Get over yourself and your nasty attitude.
