This is the best Taco Bell in Augusta & I’m going to tell you exactly why.
I ordered at 11:30pm today & even though it took some time for me to wait in line for my food, the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Here’s several key points:
- The food was made to precise detail, they didn’t take any shortcuts.
- It tastes fresh.
- The Crunchwrap, burritos, & crunchy tacos was served perfectly clean & not messy.
You can OBVIOUSLY tell that this 11pm crew does not mess around. If more Taco Bell conducted their business like this, we’d have a successful franchise & 2-lines like Chick Fil-A

I ordered two chicken grilled cheese burritos. As soon as I got to the window (there wasn’t anyone in line) they already had the bag ready which tells me the food had probably been sitting there before I had even ordered it. Didn’t eat any of it after I had first bite. The rice was soggy and had a really weird smell to it, the chicken was hard, and the bottom of the taco that came with the meal were also soggy and disgusting. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have even been to. I will never waste my money at this restaurant again. Also 20 dollars for two burritos, a drink, and a taco is outrageous considering they were very low quality to say the least.

Spent $35 to order lunch. I asked that the chalupas be cooked fresh because they are hard after they have just been sitting there for a period of time. Got out of the parking lot and chalupa bread was hard and cold. Ordered fries for my son and they were cold and old. Fiesta potatoes for my husband....old tasting. Never got our drinks. Won't be retuning

The tacos were great I don't know if my wife made a mistake or they just didn't listen we do not eat tomatoes on anything and seem like they gave us extra tomatoes not sure whose fault that was

Pulled up around 12:45 and they were completely closed…. Despite everything saying they close at 2 a.m…. Obviously a lazy crew that runs this one, I can’t recommend it due to the pure incompetence

Removing breakfast takes away a large amount of the appeal to me for going to Taco Bell. Staying open during breakfast hours makes no sense if you aren't serving breakfast
