Atmosphere felt rushed like the employees just wanted to deal with us and be done. the place was nasty and it felt like as little effort went in as possible from the employees to make the place run. Our orders are ALWAYS wrong (seriously I kid you not, there has not been one time in three years I moved to Martinez GA where they've gotten the order correct). For some reason the food in the bag is always half unwrapped and even wet at times making eating and enjoying our meal a soggy affair.
I get you're graded on drive thru time. But forcing actual customers to a parking lot for easier orders and then leaving them for ten, even twenty minutes, defeats the purpose of why Corporate would track your drive thru times. They want to make sure you're not wasting Employee times and that you're capable of meeting orders and expectations. I have to tell you this place IS NOT capable.

Ordered thru drive in. Menu too far back. Person needed to talk louder which was requested several times. No sauce given with soft taco supreme. Requested artificial sweetener and person didn't know if they had any. Spoke specific artificial sweetener such as Sweet N Low, Splenda, Equal. Again, she didn't know. I requested she ask someone which she did and then handed me two packs of Splenda as requested. Food wasn't tasty and not worth eating. Not worth the money. Experience was pathetic. Sadly, I was on 1-20 before I realized the food was awful.

The service was good but I'm allergic to tomatoes and asked for no tomatoes, well I mistakenly didn't look before I drove off and got back to the hotel and both items had tomatoes on it.

These guys (even though I was being a nuisance and later in the closing hours) accommodated and still tried to make a customer happy. I commend them for keeping a great spirit even when they knew I was one of the last customers. They deserve all the praise and I appreciate the commitment to still pushing through the late hours. The whole crew deserves praise and they all deserve raises
