Most of my fries were cold and nasty. Had one order that was edible. Had to go back in and get new ones. Lobby was only open to door dashers. Was forced to go through drive through and eat in my car.

I was there yesterday and had ordered two meals, one for myself and one for my husband and we realized after we had gotten home that we were missing an entire meal from our order that we were charged for. I tried calling the location to let them know but it just goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail doesn’t allow you to even leave a message.

It was alright, what made it bad was the car before me ordered 7 meals and it took forever. I think they should have told her to pull over or something, shouldn't be sitting in a drive thru for 20 minutes.

my experience was horrible... there was an employee by the name of I believe Amber who was extremely rude and was having explicit CV conversations with a coworker at the drive thru window, not to mention my food was cold and wrong!! DO BETTER AMBER!!

This is the worst Wendy’s location ever. I keep coming here because it’s right by my house. It’ll be a 30 minute wait in the drive through and then you get up there and they’ll be out of French fries and the card reader stopped working.
My hope is that someone from Wendy’s corporate will see this review and come down here to fix this hot mess of a location

Not the employees fault. But this place always seems understaffed. Especially during breakfast. I’ve left the drive through on more than one occasion because of long waits without any type of greeting. Seems like the staff needs more help so they can do all the jobs that are needed.
This Wendy’s is just awful. Staff is always rude and has an attitude, orders rarely come out correct, and when they do they hardly put anything on your sandwich. Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes tonight because they “needed a sec” and forgot about the guy in front of me. I had to call the store on the phone before they finally remembered there were four cars sitting in drivethru. Wendy’s corporate, get this location some help and worthwhile leaders! Their current team just ain’t cutting it!

With the cooler weather decided to have chili for supper at Wendy’s on Belair Road. There was no beef in the chili. Remember the old where is the beef commercial? There was none. The service was lackadaisical and it was just a very big disappointment this evening.

Store has the door lock and it not even 10pm it 9:30.. if you don’t wanna work stay home… SIGNS FOR ALL DAYS SAY 10 pm not door close @9:30 now I have wait in a long drive thru line that almost to the road smh

My experience at this location has just been horrible for the last two weeks, about a week ago I came to this location and ordered 4, 4 for 4's and non of my Jr. Bacons had any lettuce or mayo and my fries were burnt and cold and the sprite was carbonated water I tried calling multiple times to complain and I received no answer.....A week later I gave them another chance and this time I went in the inside and I was standing there for at least 8 mins and I wasn't even greeted by any employee wasn't told hold to on a second, just nothing....I didn't even want to give a star but I had to, to leave a review
