Drive-thru was down with no telling how long until it was back up. Crowded inside since the drive-thru couldn't be used by the time I got my food it was cold The staff was not very polite

I just had the worst salad ever. I am sick today and haven't ate much. I asked my husband to bring me a salad with no chicken. This salad, if you want to call it that, only had a fourth of the lettuce on it. It was wilted and brown. Disgusting! And he was charged $8 for it. If I wasn't feeling so bad, I'd take it back up there and tell one of them to eat it.

The store is sticky, the floor, the tables and even the walls. What takes the cake, is that they have no buns today, yesterday they did'nt have many drink options. There is always an issue at this location.
I personally no longer come here, but I door dash and I dread coming to this Wendys.

It's me

The servers were horrible. Their attitudes depicted one of why are you bothering me. No ice in the ice machine. One fountain drink was flat, the other was seltzer. We had to ask the server for drinks from behind the counter. They did not put ice in the drinks. There were not any napkins out. The food was okay at best. Fries were over salted. The burger was dry. But of course Wendy’s corporation will not be reading this review. If I was the store manager I would be totally embarrassed. Of course they may be one who does not care.

Terrible customer service and they were all out of buns!
Went through the drive thru, we waited 2-3 minutes for someone to take our orders, but no one ever came on the speaker. We pulled up to the first window, no one was there. Went to the second window, 4 staff standing there laughing and talking, waited about a minute before they opened the window to acknowledge us. One girl had the headset around her neck-which explains why no one heard us or answered at the drive thru.
Ordered online before leaving the house(10 minutes away) and we still had to wait 10 minutes to get our orders.

Bulding has humidity issues looks like it had mold growth some how still selling food. The employeees look they hating life took around 30 minutes to give us our food with an empty restsurant at low peak hours

I’ve never had a problem with this Wendy’s until today. First it was no ice, then it was the receipt machine is broke, then no cup holders, when I finally got my food I checked everyone’s food but mine for my meal to be completely wrong. I asked for a baconator meal to wend up with a Dave’s meal! Idk what changed since the last time I was here but it needs to go back to how it was

Horrible experience this evening. Extremely rude staff that clearly did not want anyone coming in to order. I thought it was strange that they had nobody in line, but now it makes sense why! I’ll never be going back and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I’ve lowkey never left a review in my life but this wendy’s on Belair road is absolutely horrible. After we tried to order through the drive thru with no response, we decided to walk in but a lady in her car stopped us saying they were out of almost everything, rude, forgets food items, and locked the doors. So I decided to order on uber eats since the next Wendy’s is further away. We end up getting an Uber Eats and it got the order from this location, unfortunately, and it was the worst food possible AND they forgot one out of the two meals. I’m so deadass, a manager needa get on them fr.
