Every time I order through the mobile app, this Wendy’s takes at least 15 minutes to get the order together after I’ve arrived. Today, there’s not a single car in the drive thru. I arrived 13 minutes after placing my order online, and they immediately tell me to pull forward to a spot to wait. I’ve been waiting 10 minutes longer right now. I’m sure it’ll be another 10 before I get food brought out to me in the empty parking lot so no one sees a car sitting in the drive thru on camera.

The people at the window are nice but the cooks might be petty. I ordered a chicken sandwich no Pickles and I wanted the chicken cooked fresh. They put 8 Pickles on the sandwich. No they weren't busy so I can only assume this was intentional.

The Workers are liars. Went to Wendy's to dine in. The door said walk around to the other side to the other door and it was locked as well SMH. went through the drive Thru and asked what time the lobby closes she responded 10 pm. I asked then why is doors locked she responded the door is broken, so how are the customers getting out. This isn't the first time they have Locked the doors during open lobby hours.

My husband is deaf in one ear and they were so rude to him about not being able to hear them clearly through the speaker. Even went as far to deny his frosty tag for the free frosty & purpose left off the stuff that comes with the baked potatoes he paid for and ordered.

As a manager, I hate leaving bad reviews. But it took 30 minutes to get our food then the food was wrong. They were out of regular nuggets,all zero calorie drinks bbq sauce. No apology from the manager on duty. I'm guessing it would have been longer but I went to the counter to ask, they had no idea.
I gave y'all 1 star but I should not give this restaurant a 0. The service sucked as much as the food did. This store should be closed and everyone there fired. I use to work at Wendy's when I was in high school and this is unacceptable for a ny restaurant. I will never waste my time or money at this establishment ever again. I would like to talk to a district manager if they care about the people eating here at all.

Sanitation and SafetyI am so glad I decided to go use the restroom before ordering food at this Wendy's. I walked in to find that the floors were treated with something so dangerously slippery that I almost decided to leave but I didn't. I thought, at least they're trying to keep their floors mopped. It was the slipperiest floor I've ever walked on. It was as if they put Crisco on the floor. Ok, so next I went into the restroom and when I went to wash my hands, NO SOAP. Yes, I'm that person. We all know that the rule is that no employee is to return to the kitchen to handle food unless they've properly washed their hands with soap. That did it for me because this wasn't at night. This was at their start of day. They didn't have trash bags in their waste bin. It was weird. It just made me think, if I can see these issues, what else do they do that I can't see. Sorry, I can't do dirty butt wiping, booger picking hands on my food. ?
