A one star just because you can’t put a zero. This is the most unorganized cluster of a business I have ever seen out here. They mess up every order. They are rude and completely incompetent.

It's my tradition to get a chocolate/vanilla soft serve ice cream with walnuts and Reese's Cup toppings when I visit the area. Their Hero salad is awesome.

I pulled up and placed my order. I paid for the pizzas, but they lost the order. Everyone else pulled up, ordered, and stayed in line to get their food. They asked us to drive around to the front. Then they gave 2 wrong pizzas. Never again. I'll buy a frozen pizza from Walmart. It would have been better. Plus the people were incredibly rude.

Always been a favorite of mine, but in the past few months when ordering online I never get the correct food and the service is sub par. I believe driving to blue ridge or getting Kenny’s would be a better choice.

I used to. Love Paps pizza That’s the only pizza I would order. But the last few times I bought a pizza there were tons of garlic. I hate garlic! A little goes a long ways. I do not like my food smothered in garlic. The crust was tough and rubbery. We my company had to cut it so we could eat. We were disappointed . We will not be ordering a pizza from Papss again unless they improve. HUNTS PIZZA at SHELL is our go to place to buy pizza .

The food is usually good, but today was a different story. The pizza was dry and my turkey sandwich had no turkey on it, only cheese. Very disappointed. I feel like I wasted my money today.

Don't get me wrong, love the pizza. Ordered chicken wings yesterday and was caught of guard by the size of them. More like dove wing's. Sorry brother. Still love your pizza. Long time customers
