The food here was excellent! I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and it was juicy and flavorful. The bun was toasted, which added a nice crunch. The beans and tots were also tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive.
This was our choice right off the train stop for lunch. I have to say the service was EXCELLENT! this place was so busy as you can imagine. It was freezing with snow flurries. Everyone riding the train packed in so quick. There literally was 1 yes I said 1 waitress on staff and she had a foot brace on. Great service and even better food! Two of us had the fantastic Brisket Plate — one with potato salad and BBQ beans, the other with tots and coleslaw. Others went with the Rib Plate, paired with tots and mac & cheese, and one tried the Tater Hill piled high with pulled pork. Every dish hit the mark — flavorful, well-cooked, and served hot. Stateline BBQ is definitely worth the stop if you’re looking for quality barbecue and friendly service.
